The (1953) Bus boycott that took place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was the blueprint for the Montgomery bus boycott; @ that time Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. met with Dr. T. J. Jimmerson and other prominent Ministers in Baton Rouge, La. The bus boycott was so successful it nearly bankrupt the bus system in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Great work. But it's got more ads packed into it than one would think possible.

My mom was living in the Deep South when this happened and she didn’t agree. Mom was just a little girl. And you don’t know how my relatives look like. Or do you?

What did your mom not agree with, and what do you mean about the relatives? That statement doesn't make any sense.

Rosa Parks was not the first person. It was a young pregnant girl who started it his movement.

Did you watch the entire video? That young girl, Claudette Colvin, was mentioned in this documentary and it was explained why the decision was made not to use her as the face of the movement.

It’s crazy how Rosa Parks experienced such harsh treatment (portrayed by black men) later in life due to crime in her neighborhood.
