It's sad that people have to suffer because of others stupidity. 🤨
Arkansas State Police pursuit stats (FHP might be similar)
0.6% death of suspect
42% injury of suspect
9% injury of trooper
8% injury of innocent bystanders
Interesting stats. I'll have to look up FHP's stats.
One just wonders how many of those people in the other cars were hurt 😕.
That's life with humans.

10 years minimum mandatory will greatly reduce this BS
We need to take the house the Senate as well
10 years is not nearly enough.
yes, with hard labor for the entire time in prison
Remove nuts
Jit said 10 years 😂 ppl with murder charges get less than that let's be for real here
Any car theft should be a felony with mandatory minimum prison time.
How about mandatory time out for reincarnation
In California the first one is a freebie two or three days as a Misdemeanor that's expungeable after probation if you have no other felonies. They don't want to help you fuck up your life, it's a do over, a second one is an immediate felony, they will offer you 16 w/½, you are going to do 8 solid months in the jail system, no breaks. Better decisions! Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles, wanna get away!
@@billwesten5656 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@philliplewis3754first one is freebie? In Cali there’s people with 3 carjacking and dozens of felonies who are let out shortly after
If the vehicle is worth over $1,600 . . doesn't that automatically make it a felony theft charge?
Right through the red light, never hit the brakes, zero shits given to the consequences of his actions. As usual.
Hope the innocent folks in the other car were not hurt.
Oh my back! My neck!😢😢😢
The Car that was hit was ,crossing over 3 lanes of traffic immediately after the turn, ,,infraction!!!!!!
@@brianwayne3197 I watched that a few times. You are allowed to change lanes, and you are even encouraged to not loiter in the left lane, so I don't know what he did that is an infraction.
In a serious country, this reprobate would be in jail for at least 20 years.
I hate these aholes. This is one of the reasons that car insurance rates are going sky high. The insurance company has to replace that car and everyone he wrecked in to. Where do you think that money comes from.
Blame immigrants, too. The next big cause of high insurance.
Why would you assume he has insurance. The car is stolen, and no insurance compnay would pay a settlement if he was breaking the law. Which he was. Insurance is a racket. Self insure.
@@3-2-1-. bud - the COVERAGE would pay if the feller has comprehensive coverage. Their liability would still pay something… if not immediately in a lawsuit
@@3-2-1-."Self insure" tf does that even mean? 🤡
Insurances are scams to begin with so you all mad at the wrong folks lol
Where is the attempted vehicular manslaughter or attempted murder charge for the people he hit?
no they didnt die and attempted murder would be with intent to kill. In Florida the flee and elude statue has aggravated charges for 1) fleeing and eluding with willful and wanton disregard for the safety of others and 2) causing serious bodily injury to another while fleeing. So he just upgrades from a third degree felony to first degree felony for hitting those people. So that's 15-30 years just for that one charge. Thats 15-30 before the possession of stolen property for the vehicle, reckless driving, and whatever else this animal had on board. Drugs, warrants, suspended license, etc. If he also had a firearm in the car its an additionally felony for being in possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony. So to answer your question the Florida government and people much smarter then us have accounted for evil animals like this dude long ago lol. All you gotta hope for is a good prosecutor and state attorney and not a liberal radical like they have down in Miami dade county who are willing to throw the book at him and hammer him beneath the jail where he belongs.
Thieves like this just piss me off!!
Had my car stolen little over a year ago, and it was totaled of course. And even though Insurance paid the loan off I'm still without a vehicle and really pisses me off
And whatever payments you made on the car are lost correct?
@@damkayaker Yes, my mothers car was stolen at fault and progressive only paid out the car. we had to put another $1200 to a new lease. this was on full coverage too. the only way you get a new free car if yours is a total loss and ur 100% not at fault. even then you'll just get the cash value of the car minus any add ons/mods you or the dealership made ie tint, etc.
edit: the real big pay outs come from 18 wheel accidents and suing someone rich if ur lucky enough. most American's don't even have $3000 if their name/savings.
And these dummies who say “ insurance will cover it” have zero clue how it works. They almost never make you whole again, especially for a car you’ve had for a couple of years. In CA I pay over $2k for 2 cars (one almost 20 years old) and have never made a claim in 50 years with zero traffic infractions.
@@slidetek - All you had to say is, "In California, I pay..." the rest wasn't even necessary. And it will only get worse. Save some money if you can and use it to escape while it's still allowed.

Running from the cops at all should be felony and sentenced as such
Running from the cops is a felony where have you been? It’s called eluding and GTA is also a felony

ABS worked but didn't save him or the other car. Very sad.
Damm, the whle damn police force rolls up with him within 30 seconds lmao. Dude wasnt going anywhere no matter how far or fast he went. You cant beat that radio people! You just cant.
His first mistake was running from the police in a Mustang with a V6.
No...the first mistake was getting up from his cr*ck high instead of staying in bed in his own urine.
Sad part is the guy has probably already been released and he's looking for another victim.
its not a blue state he probably got the book thrown at him
That trooper was FLYING at the beginning to catch up to this young scholar on his way to medical school.
If judges would treat these criminals like these criminals treat other drivers safety on the roads this wouldn't keep happening!!
this has always happened, n will continue, no matter what "judges" do.

Never try to run in a V6 Mustang

No opportunity to PIT you did your best trooper. Good vid 101
is a stolen mustang really worth putting people on the freeway in danger by pursuit?
good point. no, it isn't. the road pirates that initiate chases are also to blame for injuries, and/or fatalities.

Excellent pit by cross traffic.
1:43 wow! This cop blew right through that light, too!
How come there is no police siern in all that ttraffic during chase until the end?
Yeah, I think the Trooper is partially responsible for that wreck. If he had been pursuing with his siren active the entire time, or at least from when the chase exited off the highway, the drivers at that intersection might have had a bit more warning/time to react (to the approaching Mustang).

It feels like every police chase in Miami ends up on 74th st at some point lol
Don't run from the police!!!
If I was a cop chasing a guy, and got passed by another cop chasing the same guy, I'd be like " WTH. I was here first."
Wait, did I just see a cop break a car window in under a minute? Amazing!
Probably using a specific tool for that.
Should be mandatory 3-5 years in Prison for eluding Police.
Miami Dade county, figures. We got a lot of diversity in this place.

Badass. Mad Max vs the Night Rider.
The only part we came to see finally happened 1:40
Damn that cop was hauling ass!
Probably late for choir practice !
We need a law that adds one year in prison for every mile the suspect runs from the police.
This sentence should run consecutively, not concurrently with any other charges that he/she is found guilty of.
If the suspect steals a car & then runs 20 miles while being chased by the police, he should be sentenced for the theft (5 years) & then sentenced to another 20 years for endangering innocent lives.
We are sick & tired of criminals thinking that they are above the law !!!
Bring back common sense Justice !!!
Potentially good idea.
The idea of serving sentences concurrently is madness.
eg 2 sentences being served - half the food? Half the leisure time? Cell twice as cold? Twice the beatings?
Judges do bizarre things.
All these kinds of videos (pursuits, shoplifting, etc.) show how lenient sentences are in general with all levels of offenses. Punishment is all but non-existent for too many criminal offenses.
HUUUGE difference between 300hp and a bicycle.
I sure hope those people in the SUV are OK.
Crashing comes naturally to Mustangs 😂
I didn't know that placing a potato on your dash could actually record video.
We need very strict laws to maintain law and order.
Laws are just words on paper and screens. Prosecutors and judges must have the will to uphold the law and hand down appropriate sentence, first and foremost in the interests of public safety. Our courts are infested with individuals who don't have the will.
laws mean nothing if they arent enforced
Cop taps on window and the whole damn window just gave up and fell out!!😂😂

Chase a stolen car that is likely insured, then it gets totaled in an attempt to recover it--not to mention additional property damage and injuries or worse. Any injured other folks will sue FHP and the tax-payer gets stuck with the bill. Makes no sense.
Feel free to turn off that siren anytime ok
Life in prison for that guy, he came so close to killing at least one driver on the road.
And I bet he wasn't even legal...... now that poor person that was hit will have to foot the bill through his insurance and probably have his rates go UP because of this guy. 10 to 15 minimum for this guy. No bail.

Nah! He used up all of his luck for this year...
"they nearly hit that car" - no, only the thief. The cop didn't.

When we drove fast back in the day, we would find a totally empty area we new well and all Eff around on that stretch of road. Then move on to the next dead area and play some more.
The whole point was to be AWAY from other people and cars. And all just do our thing as a loose but fairly respectful to each other group. You got to know huge amounts of folks from their rides and vice versa. It was generally laid back, the atmosphere and vibe were chill, and we were there to have fun. Swapping rides, learning tricks, getting and giving advice. Making friends whos names you never quite get, but see every weekend for hrs... It was all chill! And everyone owned/built/modified their rides. Like I said we new each other by bikes and gear, rode for hrs. and only exchanged a few words at most. One dude used to fill up ALL the groups bikes with race gas, every ride $$$. 20+ bikes! Another guys bike was a deathtrap and we always were fixing it at someone's place. Digging out used donor parts and getting em up running and safe. Nowadays 3/4 of the stuff you see is stolen. Nobody is nice, its all about a bad attitude and representing...
