I always heard the (B)eez in the Alpina's were made to go fast and a more refined interior e.g. '13 B6 GRANCOUPE... that thing was clocked @ 0-60 @ 3.6secs

Thanks for the vídeo Carlos. Now, Alpina has always worked on improvements over the base BImmer, but honestly I do not see much of better car, not to mention or justify the extra cost (many times, way higher).
Just my opinion.
all you have to do is drive one...after you've driven the standard 750 and you'll notice an immediate difference.
Which extra cost? It's just as fast as the M760Li, differently designed while being cheaper.
more plush interior....better performance parts....nicer wheels, ground effects and not to mention 100 more horsepower over he base depending on year model of the 7 series..and as an owner of a 2013 alpina b7 i would say that it is.
Upgrade to 4k cameras please.

Did Alpina fall off or what.?!? I mean just the wheels. Those aren't true Alpina wheels and that's how these cars were so distinctive. You used to not see the tire valve cuz it was hidden under the center cap and it used to be within an actual spoke... It sucks that this car is more of a regular 7 series than Alpina...
Yeah I'm not sure about the wheels. I believe all previous models of Alpina had that valve stem feature on their wheels, so cant really guess as to why this newest B7 has exposed ones. However the rest of the car seems most definitely up to Alpina standards and styling ques.
It wasn't hidden at the beginning. I also suspect it makes the wheel heavier and impossible to forge (lighter than cast wheels)
Alpinas are interesting, especially the B7, however I feel like Alpina has painted themselves into a box by always having the same color, wheels etc etc.

That Alpina badge in the front splitter should have been in silver to make it more prominent from far as in other previous Alpina models. The badge in the same colour as the car is hardly noticeable.

This Alpina is all about the drive , the engine mods they did. The air suspension with Alpina mods , how fast this thing is like 0-60 in 3.6 seconds and this guy spends most of the time showing us the screen and back seats which could are the same as the regular 7 series . Waste of a review . Not going justice to the Alpina at all
That wood is so garish. It'd fit in perfectly in a Chevrolet Malibu or Kia Amanti

jpracingph Carlos is a pretty well-respected car journalist, though. His outfit is fairly standard for journalists too, I think you're a bit harsh simply based on what he's wearing.

I've watched Carlos for a number of years now.
He's better suited to reviewing GTR Nismo's and Porsche Turbo's.
He shouldn't be reviewing luxurious cars.
It doesn't suit his "review" style.

A little harsh, BUT he is not their target market so he needs to recognize that in his reviews...
The wheels look great! Exterior looks nice! However.... The center console looks like crap! Go back to how the center console used to look (BMW-Who designed that?) or be more innovative! It looks like it was designed by a complete amateur. smh!

Rick James the M series is about performance only Alpina is about performance and luxury and perfection
Rick James Alpina B7 drives better than M760Li. It's lighter and nimbler and quicker around a track or a drag race. It has a higher top speed (205 mph I've read somewhere). And it does all that while still keeping the refinement and luxury of a typical limo. It's a worthy contender to the S63 AMG imo.
