For everyone who have problems woth the motor not opening, that part get bad if you wash that area alot, happened to me and had to open it and replace the DC motor,, it uses one of those small kinds car motors, easy to replace
Thanks just used it to remove that motor, inside you will have to remove the black plastic part on the right also with a t20 to gain access to the connector.
I have a different issue. Been searching online but it's all about the actuator or motor. My 7.5 only has 16.500km for which like last year only 400km was driven (not going into detail). The doors mechanism has gone stiff probably because of not refueling (I think about the environment ;-) ) .. So I was just at the fuel station and the door didn't click open. Had to use my fingernails. The door hinge part is stiff and the spring doesn't have the force to push it open. I wiggled the door open and close like 20 or 30 times and now it works a bit but still I fear that it will become harder and harder. Any way to spray that hinge with oil with a long strow or does it need to come out? Also can't you take out that part with taking that cover off?

There is a pin at the back of the oil cap cover. Use a straight sharp tool can remove it.
