What a great space, tons of room! I’d change the interior paint color to something lighter in the downstairs rooms to add brightness. A couple of small modifications and you’re good to go!
I definitely would have laid the house out differently- That whole upstairs would be the master suite. The lanai and abundance of room would be ideal. The current master suite on the opposite end would make for an excellent VIP suite for guests.
Nice home. I am with you regarding the pool, it’s nice seeing a depth you can actually dive into! Interior could use a lighter color paint. I love the setup for guests upstairs- although with that setup, they may never want to leave! All that is needed up there, besides some paint, is to put a dishwasher in the space it is missing from. I think you could hook up a rope swing across the pool. off the water fall? Or you just hang on till you get 1/2 way and drop? I really loved how the rock wall provides more privacy. And I REALLY LOVE the color scheme and use of woods. It feels really warm. Very comfortable vibe. Has it been snapped up yet?
Yes to expanding Solar PV. I think a outdoor kitchen would be great. I assume it has a solar HW heater? LOVE THE POOL. That I think is one of the best I have seen. Wonder if I could make the rock water fall bigger with a groto? Mabe a slide? Fruit trees? I might want to see if it was possible to remove the wall between the dining room and the and living room.
Love your videos. If i ever get the chance to move to Hawaii.. you’re the guy to call. However, you’ve been doing videos for quite awhile now and i will say that there is no good reason that the audio was so bad in parts of this video. Better mics, over dubbing, better mics, audio editing to reduce wind noise, c’mon..

You're right - the outside spaces (both lanais - upper and lower - and the landscaped yard with view) are the actual selling points on this one.

So we talked about it after and we totally agree. Get rid of that wall, add a pocket slider, and you are set.
