It's a new cozy and no-stress game still in beta period, but it's looking really nice and the updates seem good! It's going to have its first event today too, so it's a good chance to come join if you think it's something you might be interested in! People are already posting house designs/tutorials and tours in RUclips, so you could check those out to see if you like it!

Thank you! Glad you like it! The roof option is part of the farm DLC, where you can build your house from scratch. You will find the roofing under the ‘roller paint’ icon on your tablet. 😊😊

Are a lot of the items you used in this build from the Farm DLC? Weighing up if I should buy the HGTV DLC or Farm DLC :))
I think most of the furniture I used in this build are from farm DLC. Honestly, I don't remember which DLC some of the items are from haha😅But if you like building from scratch, and want to create a cozy, rustic vibe in your build, I would say go for the farm DLC. 😊

Is there an easy way to destroy an existing house? or do I have to find one with a big enough yard.
Farm DLC lets you create your own houses from scratch and includes empty plots, but you won’t be able to destroy existing houses in the game. 😊😊
@@Jelliedesigns Hopefully in House Flipper 2, we can remove the whole house and start from scratch.
