Thank you for this review! It was thorough and direct without extra fluff. I wear glasses and struggle with poor lighting in my WFH nook. I wanted something better than a ring light because I have to be on camera often and I don't like the way the circular ring light reflection looks in people's eyes. Logitech products have all been great for me so it seems the Glow is the right fit for my needs.
Good review, Cameron. You sold me on the Glow with it’s ease of use by mounting it on a monitor. I have enough contraptions already without trying to find room for a stand for the Beam…
The main shots in the video are using the Neewer RGB660 PRO lights. I have one on the side as the primary light and another in the back of the room creating the blue/purple background color. Interestingly, I also use the Litra Beam opposite to the Neewer light as a softer fill light. It truly is a solid light and useful in that case. Thank for asking!
great review! do you have the light on every time you're on a call, or only during low-light conditions? my computer is in front of a window so i get lots of natural light, so curious if there is still value in typically well-lit environments. thanks!
In my situation the light is to my right and slightly behind me. So even in the best lighting conditions it’s not great. So I do tend to turn it on every time I’m on video. The daylight just determines how bright have to make it to look natural. In your case, you may be good with nothing, or you could have something just for darker days, or early/later meetings during the darker winter times of year. Thanks for watching!
Incredible video. Right to the point and immediately showing the pros and cons. Instant sub.

Thank you for this review! I was also turned off by the large base of the litra beam but I'm glad to see I'll have other options!
I would like to know which lighting you're using at the beginning of the video!

Great review - no rambling and shows off exactly what I wanted to know. Thanks!
Thank you so much! I needed to find i light that was good with glasses, so this was perfect!
Helpful, thorough review. Thanks!
Love the video, the approach and style!
Can I ask you to recommend a similar lamp to the Logitech Litra Beam but one that works without having to be connected to a computer?
Thanks for showing the software. I couldn't find it on the product details I've seen. I was hoping it would use the same app as my mouse and keyboard
is there an option to use the litra glow in stream deck?
Thanks
Very helpful, thanks
IS THE GLOW SAME BRIGHTNESS AS ULANZI VL49?
The glow is bright and I am wondering the distance of the GLOW FROM U?
kinda looks like you need either 2x of the small ones (unless there's a separate light source on the other side of the monitor) or the longer light
Whats the name of that thing u used for ur litra beam lx to mount it on ur monitor? I hate the base stand on mine and wanted to do the same
He put it on a GorillaPod

What changed from 2:04 to 2:06? I'm guessing you were using a webcam and then switched to a regular camera? Jesus, what a difference that made.
Exactly right. Basic webcam to full camera. Haha. It really is pretty crazy how much better it looks.
@@CameronDoughertyTech what's the full camera you're using, and is it possible to set this up to a Zoom meeting or needs to be pre-recorded/edited.
WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE APP FOR THESE MUTHAF&*KIN LAMPS? I can't find the app for these lamps i have! NO WHERE!!!
