I’m a cook at a restaurant and most of my fellow cooks are Guatemalan and they make these all the time and they are so delicious. I have a really cool suggestion for you. Could you please try to make a traditional danish hotdog?
That looks like something in the near future that I'm going to try. I like the look of it and it looks like all the flavors would play off of one another really well.
I have had audio issues kill videos several times, it is never fun to have to re-shoot or try and salvage some footage.. LOL Killer looking hotdog Greg!
That looks damn tasty. The Sunterra pit was the best purchase I have ever made for outdoor cooking. The laser cut plates look nice but I found cheaper but high quality BBQ grills that fit perfect for one side. I did weld up a slip in leveler jig that keeps it level and not sloped like the V grates. It keeps round things like corn and tomatoes from rolling away.
A true pit master grills in the rain, snow, sleet or whatever Mother Nature throws at us! I have grilled with a snow mobile suit on in the dead of winter and seem to appreciate the food much better 🎉

Their guacamole is very simple. I mashed up two avocados with the juice from one medium sized lime with salt and pepper to taste. The cabbage was shredded and boiled for five minutes with salt and one onion cut in half. I shot a video where I made the chimichurri in the past. I'll post the recipe.

Just like the Money Put has the mess burrito thats what this is. Its an south of the border mess. Looks delish and I would eat one its not a hot dog. As far as hot dogs go when you order one its one meat which is an hot dog and you add the condiments.
