Arabs come in all colours, black, brown, white, etc. I have seen some people being treated differently if they cant speak Arabic or English, but that's about it. Nationalism unfortunately exists, but "racism", ie discrimination based on race, not once have I witnessed it. In fact, growing up, you'll see Somali, Sudanese, Moroccans, Syrians, Libyans, Turkish, Algerian, South Asian, etc kids all playing together with zero sense of any racial preference of dialogues. Considering "race" as a factor in anything is just not a part of the Islamic culture in general. But discrimination over language is understandable, however discrimination of nationality is, like nationalism itself, clearly forbidden as per Islamic principles.

Meanwhile native European muslims are essentially secular from decades of communism in Yugo and Albania, and Turks are divided between more Kemalist secular western Turks (in Istanbul, Edirne, Izmir, Bursa etc.) and more religious Turks (including Kurds and Arabs living in Turkey) in the center and southeast. Meanwhile native European muslims are essentially secular from decades of communism in Yugo and Albania, and Turks are divided between more Kemalist secular western Turks (in Istanbul, Edirne, Izmir, Bursa etc.) and more religious Turks (including Kurds and Arabs living in Turkey) in the center and southeast. Idk much about Northeast Turkey

A dictator would not be able to hold such a large amount of population and territory, the nation would become extremely decentralised because of its sheer size, local rulers would hold most of the power in their respective area, therefore, the government would work like a union or confederation, and if a dictator does rule the country, they won't be able to project power outside of their respective region, and would act like a political figurehead if anything while local rulers managed their own areas.
