I had a weird glitch in the opening first chapter where your target goes to sleep on a bed. She started floating while lying down like gurll you need an exorcist.
I really want to see Io bring back the shed or some other weapon collection system because that added an extra layer to the game. Back in hitman contracts you would pay even more attention to the environment to search for guns and even open secret doors that have unique guns in the rooms. It was fun and it let you bring any weapon layout from the start on completed missions for extra replayability and just to mess around with. It was a super fun way to play when you got tired of stealth and you could even do one weapon runs. If there is one thing I wish was back it's the weapon collecting (Altho the gun customization from blood money would be good too or even with.)

I’m a longtime hitman fan ever since silent assasin, and I absolutely love the new games. Now, I don’t want to spread negativity, but I couldn’t help but notice when I installed hitman 2 on the ps4 that the day 1 patch was really big. So I deleted the application and reinstalled the game from the disc to see just how big it is. Turns out 2 of the 6 levels are locked behind the day 1 patch. I tried to play the game from the disc without the update thus without 30% of the game. Playing the game from the disc, the framerate dropped to the point the game is unplayable even on “locked 30 fps” (really, try it), and it is filled with bugs everywhere. Now I know IO interactive is making this single player game with drm for progress, to stop piracy etc and I can understand that to some degree. But I see everyone jumping up and down because the game is no longer episodic. And sure now you don’t have to wait after every episode. But why make a disc for this game? To give players the illusion that they own a physical copy for this game? while they really do not. They ship an unfinished game, make money and update it later. This is more and more common with new games (fallout 76, spyro reignited) And these problems are adressed in their community to the point the sales are being boycotted. but nowere in the hitman community I see people adressing this problem. If nobody speaks up, nothing changes. I don’t care about challenges, weapon unlocks, locations etc being drm locked. But I would like to at least be able to experience the full game and it’s levels on the disc when I pay for a physical copy. Just look at the gorgeous steelbooks.. but really what is the point if these are in theory empty boxes with code inside? Welcome to 2018 I guess... I would like your opninion on this subject?
hey dude, since you seem to like this game, would you recommend it for couch play style gaming? such as taking turns attempting missions? i want the game but i hate playing alone.
Silent Assassin is the best Hitman game so far. The music, the gameplay, the maps, guns, and it’s an absolute classic. Remember the good old days on PS2 where I made sure I had every single gun on the walls in the shed and SA on every mission. Ugh, the carefree days I miss so much!! (Blood money was good also!)
I’m actually looking forward getting this game but I haven’t played it, so should I buy the first one and then the sequel or just the sequel. Also I’m not a big fan of episodic but honestly never had a game that was episodic but I don’t know.
I just want to find out if it is worth the full price. I bought the first Hitman in February this year for about 18 dollars, and have now played the game for almost 70 hours. I really love the first one, but I payed so little for it. I already own Red Dead Redemption 2, which can keep me busy for weeks on it's own. So my question is: Should I still buy Hitman 2 now, or wait for a sale?
When you purchase the hitman games do you have to purchase levels to complete more missions? Like does the full game not provide all levels and missions?
This game looks very much like the 2016 one. I’ve played that one and I enjoyed it very much. As always I always wait for sales and deals, looking at a $20-$30 range for this one
As an avid fan of the whole franchise (since Agent 47 on PC), I have stopped looking at the Hitman series as a story. Instead, it's just mission by mission for me. Still think they haven't truly captured the franchise or character on film, though.
If it had actual cutscenes, a better story and music done by Jesper Kyd again, this would be, by far, the best Hitman game- for now, Blood Money still reigns.
Square Enix use to have the money to create the cutscenes and such but since the departure, IO Interactive have been solely independent, hence why much hasn't changed since the first game. I do agree with you but you can't deny this game and the last have been one of the better Hitman's for a while
Jake Thunderbird oh for sure, and I fully understand why they couldn’t have CGI cutscenes. I love Hitman and Hitman 2- and with a bigger budget, 2 could’ve been magnificent. But it being great is in no way a bad thing.
Hitman was the first computer game I ever played in 2001 when I was 11. It was awesome back then, but I eventually moved on to others games because it was always a little too slow paced for me. I'm back now though thanks to PSN 👍.
The thing that is way too common in games right now is this: You (the player) are going to plan out a situation. We (the opponent) are going to notice what that plan is and attempt to make it go wrong in ways that are impossible to forsee. Easy to understand in competative games. Difficult to understand in single player games that force situational logic beyond accountable bounds. If you are the type of player who experiences these things, they are likely to happen here also. I've seen games that develop this logic of "mishaps" with some sort of sense of outsmarting the player, such as in Dishonored 2 or Dark Souls, but even then if it's too harsh it sucks all the fun out of the gameplay. The other thing is the who,e atmosphere of the thing is still not capturing anything that was present in Contracts or Blood Money. It's a really mixed bag that as a fan you might *want* to like, but probably wont really enjoy that much. I have noticed that the game works as a sort of spectator sport, so if you like to play and have someone watch you and talk about it (twitch) it is entertaining in that area. It also has a great tongue in cheek sense of humor, which is something they picked up very well from the absurdity of Blood Money.
in the next Hitman we need a rival to 47, maybe an other clone, who is also the main antagonist in the game , he will be a huge mafia boss controlling many territories, having thousands of subordinates under his commands, have some ex military allies (and other people too fill in the blanks lol) but his true objective will be to challenge the duo 47 and Diana (they are a team) and push them to the limits (Diana in terms of intel and investigation skills and 47 in terms of stealthy assassination skills) . ironically, he will also be the client who contacts Diana for the assassination contracts, most of his targets will be his higher ranks subordinates (who each have their own subordinates) and eventually his right hand (the poor guy who trusted him so much and thought he was his friend😢) , and the other targets will be totally unrelated to him(in order not to be too suspicious) . and of course in the final mission the target is the rival himself (and also the client lol) .
Hi guys I have a question? Plz don’t hate me for this... i have not played hitman before so should I buy hitman 2 or first I try my hands on hitman - the complete first season
The story is not very important on this series, so as long you make the tutorial you'll be fine. Also, you can play remastered versions of H1's missions in H2, if you buy a DLC.
I'm pretty excited to pick this game up. I actually had no idea it was in the works let alone out now till about 5 minutes ago. Not to cause any controversy but does Hitman Absolution (2012) have better textures, lighting, and overall graphics than this iteration (2018)? Or is that just me? It's been a while since I played Hitman Absolution but I do remember it being a killer upgrade graphically speaking compared to Hitman Blood Money(2006).

Hitman 2 is a fun game.
Hitman 2 is very expensive, but it offers a lot of content.
Would recommend for stealth lovers.
It cost £20 for standard edition
@@rajakhan12346 for me its like $50 on the psn store 😑
@@stephenthedude4383 my brother it's £20 on Amazon UK . Check there for the USA.
@@rajakhan12346 $38.99 on US amazon 😓
@@stephenthedude4383 20 pounds is good I wouldn't pay anymore than that.
hey dude, since you seem to like this game, would you recommend it for couch play style gaming? such as taking turns attempting missions? i want the game but i hate playing alone.
Every hitman game is the best I don't know why ppl don't like it . Maybe you ppl didn't play the first that came out in 2000 on pc codename 47
Yeah i love every hitman game. Expect maybe the first
Silent Assassin is the best Hitman game so far. The music, the gameplay, the maps, guns, and it’s an absolute classic. Remember the good old days on PS2 where I made sure I had every single gun on the walls in the shed and SA on every mission. Ugh, the carefree days I miss so much!! (Blood money was good also!)
Tip that no one never learns: DONT KILL NON TARGETS.
It's fun tho 😂
There isn't going to be a sale soon lmao, unless you get it from g2a or something like that
Buy it now, IO Interactive are independent and deserve any money they can get after Square Enix screwed them over by making Hitman 2016 episodic.
You should grab Hitman 2 asap, it‘s an amazing game
Even if you just play it in between ^^
@@spoodurmin9742 exactly
@@luca.8372 I think I will, tnx :)
When you purchase the hitman games do you have to purchase levels to complete more missions? Like does the full game not provide all levels and missions?
I just bought this game and i cant access the last two missions i have to make another purchase of some sort. Pissed!
Eager Simasiku because they are dlc and came out after
I wasn’t sure if wanted hitman2 now I want it
Should I download the HITMAN 2 Prologue?
I wish there is a hitman game where u can create your own agent
This game looks very much like the 2016 one. I’ve played that one and I enjoyed it very much. As always I always wait for sales and deals, looking at a $20-$30 range for this one
One question: does it feel like hitman Blood money ?
Youl get your rent when you fix this damned door ! Its way better in every way. And i played Blood Money on 3 platforms.
lmao i love ur name
Dre S I thought you started your comment with ' youll get this money...'
Basically it is Blood Money 2.0
Funny that i still dont know, do i need xbox live to progress in challenges still?

What a way to go. Sheeeeeesh.....
As an avid fan of the whole franchise (since Agent 47 on PC), I have stopped looking at the Hitman series as a story. Instead, it's just mission by mission for me.
Still think they haven't truly captured the franchise or character on film, though.
honestly i’m gonna miss the episodic aspect, being able to finish a mission 100% before feeling pressured to move on was fun I think it worked well
Cmy bigest selling factor is : do the missions end once you kill the fool or do you half to get out too?
If you own the first do you get this one free or imma have to buy it?
Hitman was the first computer game I ever played in 2001 when I was 11. It was awesome back then, but I eventually moved on to others games because it was always a little too slow paced for me.
I'm back now though thanks to PSN 👍.
How long is the game??
STOP I KNOW WHY YOU ARE HERE
Free ps plus game huh 🤨 been there done that
The thing that is way too common in games right now is this: You (the player) are going to plan out a situation.
Ps plus gang. Welcome to another episode of Before you Download 😅✌️✌️✌️
You speak about integration of 1 and 2, if I have 1, do I need to play through 1, or I can launch 2 and play 1 through it ?
Who's here for the ps+ free game for Sept.
in the next Hitman we need a rival to 47, maybe an other clone, who is also the main antagonist in the game , he will be a huge mafia boss controlling many territories, having thousands of subordinates under his commands, have some ex military allies (and other people too fill in the blanks lol) but his true objective will be to challenge the duo 47 and Diana (they are a team) and push them to the limits (Diana in terms of intel and investigation skills and 47 in terms of stealthy assassination skills) . ironically, he will also be the client who contacts Diana for the assassination contracts, most of his targets will be his higher ranks subordinates (who each have their own subordinates) and eventually his right hand (the poor guy who trusted him so much and thought he was his friend😢) , and the other targets will be totally unrelated to him(in order not to be too suspicious) . and of course in the final mission the target is the rival himself (and also the client lol) .
Wow I'm early. Came to read comments and it's barren asf
DonkeyDong same😂😂💀
Hi guys I have a question? Plz don’t hate me for this... i have not played hitman before so should I buy hitman 2 or first I try my hands on hitman - the complete first season
The story is not very important on this series, so as long you make the tutorial you'll be fine. Also, you can play remastered versions of H1's missions in H2, if you buy a DLC.
Gab Gallard thx...
Whose here after PS plus released it lol
What newer features would this add to hitman 1 if you load through it?
Mumbai map is epic, greetings from India
Should I buy this or Hitman 2016 or Hitman Absolution?
Kiran Dutt hitman 2
"Hitman 2 - After You Buy" title. is. fixed.
