I reset my strike pack because turbo paddle does not work for my eliminator. After reset twice it still doesn’t work. I map it to button four. I even bought a new eliminator and mod pass for it and it doesn’t even work on the new one. Could you check on yours to see if it works or not please?Thank you bro, you’ve been super helpful. My Zen studio doesn’t open…
bought a zen yesterday and I was so excited to give it a try but I can’t get past the firmware update. Everytime I try it says device not found, I’ve tried connecting each usb cable it came with , I plugged the micro & mini usb together , I hard reset the cronus , I even grabbed a mini usb cord I had my own and still no luck. I see in the comments people have been having problems & nobody is addressing why. Is it because my zen is defected or is the batch defected ? For $100+ you’d expect everything to be working & not have “faulty” cables. I bought 2 more usb cords off Amazon to see if they work but this is very frustrating.
Couple of things maybe...try holding small blue button under zen while you connect to pc or try holding down both blue buttons on top of zen while connecting last you can try disable your anti virus if any before connecting
@@kevOzilla I’ve tried the holding the blue button before & doesn’t work. I’ll have to try the antivirus one. How would I deactivate it?

I’m guessing you are using a ps5. You need a ps5 dongle. Or get a 3rd party licensed controller- I have a ps5 and use my ps4 scuff controller as it’s impossible to get a ps5 dongle as there all out of stock!! so use ps4 controller on ps5 games, you can buy a hori pad for £20 plug that in zen then use the ps4 controller and it won’t disconnect.
That’s just a hard reset - you never did a factory reset.
Every time I click on programmer it sends me bac to library anybody kno how to fix this ?

idk what to do... i reset it, factory reset it, but it wont let me update firmware because the updater wont even detect it. i think my zen is 100% done for
