I had a clitch on my screen after downgrading firmware etc. Best way to fix is hold both top blue buttons and plug in cable while holding both buttons still. It should flash a few times. Worked for me.

Hold down the buttons on the front at the same time first then plug in your zen
When I try to connect the chronus zen it says it still hasn't connected. Please help me, do you need a driver for zen or something. Please help!!
How are you connecting it? Pc or lap top? Using the usb cables from the box or different ones? Have you downloaded the latest zen studio app?

are you able to connect to a stronger usb port? like back of pc? if you have different cables, then i would either try the original ones or try another pair. Sometimes its a simple sync issue that can be fixed with unplug then wait 10 seconds, and replug

Is this to fix for ps5 after the uodate that prevents you from using it ?
No. Only option right now for that is to use remote play. Once I hear an update, I will make a video on it

At this point, it might be hardware. Do you have any other usb cables to use? Or a power adapter?

Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.

I have done this about 100 times now. After i downgrade to the latest software it gives a screen with words you cant read and when I hold the button on the back it still starts to flash the code. I update to the latest software and it does the same.

Mine will not respond or reset at all
Make sure before you plug it in to hold the two buttons then plug in.

guys i need very serrious help. i accidentally downloaded and loaded a patched script and when i open my zen, that scripts pops up instantly and gives me error code 3002. i tried hard resetting it but it won't work. please somebody help me. i cant use my zen rn
Uninstall zen studios and firmware, then reinstall everything. Lmk if that works

@@andynegron5376 you unplug the zen cable and hold the hard reset buttons when plugging it.
My programmer won't work for me evertime I get it all connected as soon as I click programmer it's says your device is connected but can't use
Sync issue. Unplug everything and wait 10sec. Then replug from pc to zen
