Air trigger is one of the most powerful reload perks bungie has ever added. It has the highest reload scaler in the game (matching outlaw) and you dont need a kill or anything to activate it. All you need to do is bunny hop when you are about to reload and you have the fastest reload in the game. Also the negative effects of air trigger (reduce target acquisition) only applies to shots taken whilst airborne. So dont jump shoot with it and you will have 0 drawbacks.

Ngl I’ve been loving my air trigger opening shot roll. Opening shit is just good for opening the gunfight, and air trigger feels great for outlaw level fast reloads after jumping. Once you get used to it, it feels amazing
Probably should include, with 1 kinetic surge mod + adagio you will 2 tap everything, except 10+overshield so it's just void titans you'd have to check.
Slideways with Zen Moment really makes it feel like a Legendary Sturm. Pair it with Ophidians on Prismatic, I am on POINT. It feels almost good as my Igneous with 100 Range and 65 Stability, but lets me use Duality
If you go fluted, accurized and range mw you have 80 range, 36stab and 46 handling. I haven't got that roll yet with Slideways/PI. I've spent every engram so far farming for that roll. I did a few nice ones to drop though. Igneous with fluted, ricochet, keep away and PI is totally juiced though. So is Sturm.
My rng for banner is cracked this go around. Every natural drop of Crimil so far is max(ish) range (80 on the low, 95 on my max) with all different combos of precision, moving target, opening shot, exp rounds, outlaw, zen, and slide ways 😭 too many good rolls. Need to pick out which to enhance
I got a max range roll (Full bore, accurized, range MW) It's stupid how far it hits, but i got rid of it because it's bad to handle. Best roll would be slideways kill clip for some 6v6, slideways zen moment for trials.
hakke origin trait also works on bleak watcher turrets and destructible suppers like well or bubble, it's a pretty good perk in pvp to destroy these things from a safe distance
For 120 handcannon in pve, I’d go round Robbin over crumbles dagger. It’s got better choices, mainly being that of hatchling, and round Robbin is craftable.
Adagio leave folks at t10 with 1hp, I've found more time than not it still two taps due to the stunning their toe at some point. Adagio is criminally underrated imo. My current roll I'm seeking is enlighten Adagio, in the meantime I have moving target Adagio and it slaps, just play peaks and enjoy popping heads. 😎
I enjoy using Explosive Payload because of how much flinch that it causes, it's saved me in gun fights and duels that I'd likely lose without the flinch
PSA!!!!!!!!!!!! Cross you are wrong, Hakke Breach Armaments also lets you deal increased damage to ALL CONSTRUCTS. Constructs include titan barricades yes, but also Bleak Watcher turrets AND the ever present now HEALING TURRETS. Hakke Breach Armaments might be the more meta pick now for dealing with Speaker's Sight warlocks
After trying almoat every perk combination god with all of them having hammer, accurized and arange masterwork (they just kept dropping max range for me) I muat say the one thays felt beat has been a fluted, accurised, stability masterwork with air trigger and zen moment. Its so consistent, feels amazing
Hey comments, my friend who is new to the game posed a question I actually couldn't answer (even after playing so many years since beta): Does Explosive rounds/payload project less precision damage on killing an enemy? Comparing Precision Instrument to Explosive Payload shows that Precision Instrument does more precision damage even though the buff is lower on zero stacks than the flat damage bonus Explosive Payload gives. I wanna say that the numbers don't project overkill damage for Explosive Payload when it consolidates the explosion and the impact damage, but I don't know this either. I'm gonna be honest, I don't even use Precision Instrument, so maybe this is just a thing I haven't noticed since its recent inclusion.
@bobpatel9689 EP does slightly less overall damage. On Rose it's 55 critical and 23 body. So 78 and a regular 140 does 81. I'm not sure the exact numbers on 120's. It's negligible, doesn't change the ttk and it's worth it to me for the flinch. Your 3 taps don't count as precision kills in the crucible with EP though.
It's less damage overall but you don't choose explosive payload for damage. You chose it because the explosion has no damage falloff and for the AOE damage. Also it causes your opponent to flinch. You're trading a bit of raw damage for more utility. He goes over it around 7:22
@@FAUXCUSpd I know it's a 15% total increase, but for Precision Instrument at a single stack, the resulting killing blow number shows that it's way higher in PvE even though Explosive Payload at its base shows less than Precision instrument. That's where my friend was confused because in PvP it makes sense, but for PvE, it consolidates both the body shot and explosive damage into single damage number on hitting a presision hit, which would in theory mean that even if the explosive part of the damage was tacked on because it is no longer calculating body shot damage, it should still edge out Precision Instrument's 4% by like a few hundreds of points of damage. This only appears to happen on the killing blow however, which is why it bothered him. Stacking the damage on Precision Instrument, then dropping back to zero only to get a minor kill with no stacks suddenly doing more damage than a single shot of Explosive Payload confused both of us. Like I said, I am unfamiliar with the how the damage is actually projected not the buff itself, which is weird, Idk why the resulting killing blow projection would be different... unless the direct hit kills before the explosive gets taken into effect, which at that point it wouldn't because the target is already dead.
Honestly I love using my crimils with enlightened + adagio. Getting the 2 taps feels amazing when it happens but not a deal breaker when I come into contact with a tier 10 resil player. Only stings a little bit when they survive the 2 tap with 1 hp when it happens.
Air trigger and adagio cooks, way better than outlaw requiring a kill, I can get the same reload by just jumping, and It can 2 tap. Dont sleep on that roll if you get it
Igneous is better imo. I use rapid hit/eos with 90 range, 52 stability, 40 handling base. My best crimils rolls are nowhere close, my highest range crimils is like 85 but it has literally 20 handling/stability. Having 90 range with perks that pretty much max out all other stats every single gun fight is just unbeatable.
Enlightened action kill clip really surprised me. Makes the gun feel really good in fights but moving target might be the better option over all but enlightened action plus kill clip is a real good combo together

Adagio is legit once you get used to it. I think the ease of use and just hitting shots goes to Iggy right? The handling on some rolls of Crimil can be Criminal. I feel like, if you're a better player, crimil might rival iggy for lethality for anyone who can skill their way past the Slight disadvantage of its stats.

I have the roll… feels pretty good i think the issue is how slow you fire so you really can only get a total of 4 stacks of zen moment before the fight ends or the timer resets. Its not like a pulse or auto where you notice the stacks max out after the first burst

Short answer? It cannot. No 120 can ever compete, no matter the perk combos. Thats just how much of a stat monster Igneous is. You have to nerf its stat or something for 120s to compete. And then they had to give Igneous Precision Instrument, its Joever
The crimils dagger does compete with ignorant hammer(not a typo.) its stiil worse than ignorant hammer. But not by a large margin. But with the og igneous hammer... No, not even close. That thing makes the new one look kinda bad
Handcannons have been so awful since I came back heard they were worse, but pretty much all hand cannons feel awful as returning player. Bloom is so bad on handcannons. Almost as bad as handling is on pulse rifles.
