@BabyTron_SB *to anyone still getting error after the firmware update* ---->>>> keep pushed the two big blu buttons on the zen and plug in the computer with the miniUSB cable (back port) than release. It will perform a hard reset. Let it do what it has to do than you ll be fine.

Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.

My zen mods don't work in game no rapaid fire no anti-recoil nothing done all that was said but still nothing, I could turn the mods on and off in game but nothing happens what could be the issue?

@@CronusChronicles my controller keeps disconnecting on the ps5 after 10-15 min but on the xbox it's always connected lol and I've seen most people are experiencing this on ps5..is there any work around this?

thanks this worked. the instructions on the website werent as clear how to downgrade the flash. also, to be clear the reset button needs to be pressed while unplugged and then plugged in, correct? thanks again.

I done this 30 times. The second I click the “play button” I get the error. I even get the error when I reset device to factor.
I am not empresses with this device and company to which offers no support.

ILY IT WORKED
You need to press and hold the reset button BEFORE plugging in your device to the computer. You do not need the side USB port you need to have it plugged in from the top.

And to add, if it still doesn’t register when you plug in. Unplug, hold both big blue buttons at the same time then plug in with cable on the right. Problem solved.

Use a downgraded firmware. Then reset the zen app, try to use on console that way. If you are on PS5, it’s a lot more difficult right now because Sony is attempting to launch their own product line

For me the page with the pop up couldn’t find the device even though I had everything connected
Did you hold the little button on the bottom for 3 seconds? It should pop up after that.

@@karloslopez9139 alright check it out. Attach the zen with the shorter cable (12 in cable) to the computer. If you have a lap top, use the most powerful USB port or it may not be able to read the zen device.
After you have their tool on your computer, connect the zen with the shorter cable, then hold that little button for 3 seconds. If that doesnt work, i think you may have to try it on a different computer, preferable a PC.

for some reason when i see zen bootloader on the firmware update tool it still doesnt show my zen as a seleectable device
You would have to update or downgrade the firmware. It’s the initial install before you upload zen studios

I just got one n I’m using a Mac n downloaded windows on it n stuff n I did the stuff n it’s saying error 3001 so what should I do n every time I try to save it does that same error every time
Reset everything where possible. Make sure you have the latest windows settings downloaded before going through firmware updates too

I got the error and my microphone stopped working but I could hear my friends and the game. I followed this and that yet solved the issue. Does anyone know how to fix?
Those are separate. The mic is usually a sync issue. You may need to unplug and replug until it syncs
When I try to save nothing pops up
Anyone having issues with "device not found" I had the same issue and was able to fix it by using a different USB port in my laptop. Even though both connect, one is considered primary and recognized it.
if you have a PC you can borrow or use...try that. Usually, its something to do with the strength of the usb port, in this case.
You can also try hooking up both the cables at the same time and hitting the reset button on the bottom

@@CronusChronicles okay so after the requested firmware option to choose on the chronus pro manual guide. I first turned my ps5 on and then plugged ps5 controller on bottom left port then pressed the mini button at the back of the zen device. After that I pressed pshome to get my connection. Then! I used a third party controller (ps3 nacon) and connected it to the left side of the port. Here is the trick! As soon as I connected the nacon I quickly pressed the ps5 controllers home button ASAP to regain the connection. Once you have the connection back to your ps5 controller on the ps5 you are good to go! This sequence will need to be rinsed and repeated everytime you turn off and on the ps5. It’s not a big deal once you get the sequence going. Been doing this since I last commented for help and found my way of getting it going. If it works for you and you make a tutorial video please please give me a shout out for my channel 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Reset button for 3 seconds. And connect all cables to USB ports, not just the smaller 12 inch cable. See if that works

Hi 👋🏻 Help me please! Updated my cronus zen to 2.09. After that a glitch appeared. I connect a headset to the PS4 gamepad, the mouse starts to cook only to the right. How to fix??? Steelseries Rival 3 mouse. The headset is standard. When I turn off the headset, everything is fine.
Zen seems to have a weird issue with head sets. Mine does that too. I just unplug and replug a bunch of times until it works again. If its something other than that.....im not sure i could help you. =/
