guys i cant get my zen to connect to zen studio the program cable would just not connect and it wont recongnize in zen studios.Been waiting 2 years now and still nothing!!!!

Mine has worked every day and now when I plug it in everything seems normal but my controller isn’t working to scroll through the operators and stuff

So my controller is plugged into my zen. But it won’t let me access the zen menu or anything. It’ll let me play on my Xbox but it’s like not letting me access the zen menu. Idk
Like LT and SHARE won’t pull the menu up and it’s not stopping the recoil….

Make sure the short cable is connected the right side and the long cable on top middle . And follow the video step by step . And make sure before you update you use the boot loader button on the bottom of the device please.

bro I have an Xbox elite and I plug it into my Zen and my latency is so and some of the buttons don't wanna work but I'll use an entirely different controller it would work I tried multiple thinks to fix it and it doesn't work
