When the action to Unseat the Hold of Monkey Mind is Radical 😳
when the imposter
A strong and super sonic triptych.
AWESOME - a touch of Frame by Frame in there also.. Last weekend an iconic college radio station here in Detroit WDET 101.9FM was playing a top influential songs/bands of all time and played Frame by Frame it was awesome.. was a beautiful Sunday and we were in a favorite park
Frame by Frame is often my favorite song from Discipline.
.💀..🌃🥀.Welll, Hey !.., NEATO !!🎸✨️
New studio album please
Just blows my mind!
Like how this sounds thanks💕
I was really hoping they would head to the studio to put together an album to include tracks like Meltdown, The Errors, and perhaps some others. That could have opened the door for Adrian to rejoin, which would have made it the ultimate lineup!
7:05 Jakko sounds wonderful here. This section along with the wonderful melody at the end of Scarcity of Miracles are my favorite moments from "the new crim"
Damn, the opening riff had me hoping this was going to be a cover of The thing that should not be for a second.
This suite along with The Errors, Suitable Grounds For The Blues, Devil Dogs of Tessellation Row, The Hell Hounds of Krim and a few other new tunes would make for a nice final studio album... just sayin'.
Me imagino que luego de liberar todos los álbumes sorpresivamente sacan un nuevo disco de estudio.
Vale la pena soñar.
no paso jaj
@@vivimos_en_una_sociedad7758 Jajajaja Hubiera sido muy bueno
The intro sound like jailhouse rock from elvis

y mas Dark Souls que nunca, espero que vuestro poder de adelantar el tiempo nos ayude a derrotar al covid
holy smokes....
3 bateristas? wow!!
You can hear some influences from the likes of Tool and Dream Theater here. Cool stuff.
They practically made tool and dream theater
@@auri8810 It went full circle in the 2000s when Crim toured with Tool and you can hear their influence on The Power to Believe.
Monke Mind
What’s the actual name of this song? It’s my favorite and wish I could find more info about it.
Radical Action (To Unseat The Hold Of Monkey Mind)/Meltdown/Radical Action II.. Like the CD/DVD
Time for a Brain Bath..😢
I don't know what to say .
Gentlemen,
In my humble opinion you are the best band presently.
UNFORTUNATELY you decided to perform in the US preferably.
Would be nice to have the opportunity to see you in Europe soon.
(How old is Mr. Fripp now? - CUM ON GUYS)
Maybe you shouldn't write C'mon like that buddy
accidental homosexuality

Hahahahaha
Economics and venues' decisions dictate where bands tour, not really the bands themselves
It sounds very rehearsed, not spontaneous anywhere. But I guess with music of such complexity you can't play it otherwise.
Yes, King Crimson "improvisation" has often had a very "just exactly how much of this did you work out in advance actually" to it. And perhaps this is for the best. The grotesque, stupid, and boring "free jazz" of Moonchild is a mistake never to be repeated.
@@talastra The ProjeKcts have entered the chat.
@@exeromusic ProjeKcts 3, 4, and especially X are super favorites of later KC to me.
@@talastra I haven't listened to ProjeKct X enough (aside from the last track on TCOL). However, I love the ProjeKcts, especially ProjeKct 1 & 4. P2 & P3 are killer, but seem a bit less distinct or ambitious than P1 and P4.
@@exeromusic I find, on P2, that swapping out Belew for drums is too much of a loss of his particular madness on guitar, and he's certainly nowhere Bruford's (or Mastoletto's) drumming-interest. I do really like P1, but it seems "small form" compared to the "songs" on P4. Or, maybe another way to say that is, nothing on P1 makes me want to listen to it as much as "Hindu Fizz."
What I find intriguing about Masque (P3) is that it seems to be one long "suite". It hangs together very nicely for me as a sequence, which isn't as much the case for P1, but I should probably re-listen to P1 again.
But lastly, PX is the onee I most frequently listen to. It is "studio rehearsals" but gloriously sonic and heavy in places. It has intercut performer chatter, which reminds me of Fripp's Exposure, and just lots of crunchy grooves. "Heaven and Hell" is probably the least favorite track for me.
I think the collection is akin tot he Urbana-Champaign sessions, except that those were badly recorded and uninspired. But they were intended as an experimental crucible. PX does that as well, except the noises and grooves made are delicious to me.
jojo go brrrrrrrrrr
