The Man With No Name (Clint Eastwood) enters the Mexican village of San Miguel in the midst of a power struggle among the three Rojo brothers (Antonio Prieto, Benny Reeves, Sieghardt Rupp) and sheriff John Baxter (Wolfgang Lukschy). When a regiment of Mexican soldiers bearing gold intended to pay for new weapons is waylaid by the Rojo brothers, the stranger inserts himself into the middle of the long-simmering battle, selling false information to both sides for his own benefit.

You don't hurt John Wick's dog. But most importantly, you don't fire at The Man With No Name's mule and then laugh about it.
@AVLRECORDS Yes sir
I don't think it's nice of them laughin
You got him all riled up
Qqq+q
Both are straight savage
"Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to..." - One of my favorite lines of all time. I had this entire clip sequence memorized for many years. That chiseled Clint Eastwood face is amazing! Thanks for posting this.
He's ultra cool, along with our man flint James coburn, and Steve McQueen
IT'S SO BADASS
The hat. The poncho. The slim cigars. The height. The squint. Clint certainly had the look.
"I might convince him that you didn't meant it." That there was a fair warning he gave them and they brought it on themselves by ignoring it.
Guy at front knew they were in trouble..
When Clint Eastwood says apologize, you apologize.
Simple 😂
Even to the mule ...
When they cut to him lifting up his head and showing his eyes, and the Eastwood stare, well, that's one of the most iconic scenes in Western movies.
Simply impeccable.
Indeed
Amazing acting .
They prob made damn sure real blanks were used .
I concur
Clint Eastwood can say in one line something more iconic than most actors get to say in a lifetime.
One of the greatest scenes in movie history.
“Sorry! My mistake. Make that four.”
That's right, but don't forget the music, it's all part of it .
Yeah, no blood or bulletholes and one dude killing four guys at once (yeah right). I bet if there was 100 dudes, they'd have Eastwood kill them all. It takes a great deal of suspension of disbelief to buy all this!!!
@@tbewin1z143 Well, if you're going to compare a movie to reality, then you might as well never watch another movie again haha. The hero would die in the first five minutes of virtual any film. Galactic Empire wins, Indiana Jones get crushed by a giant rolling boulder and the man with no name gets gunned down by 4 other men with no names... kind of a crappy story though in that case if you ask me.
@@jeffreycordova9082 Yeah but a movie can have a three dimensional character and some depth (and there are lots of great films where the "good" guy doesn't win). Also the films poor effects (i know it was made in '64 but when guys are shot, there has to be bulletholes and blood or its just a bad game of charades at that point) and dubbing are laughable!!!
Sergio leone ennio morricone and Clint Eastwood are a legendary trio!!!!!!!!
The holy trinity of cinema.
He put extra emphasis on every thing. AS they walk, we can hear the click of their boots even on dirt. When the horses ride into town, we hear every hoof step. And close up of their faces/eyes squinting back and forth. It's kinda funny , but it works.
Its actually sad to watch this and know there will never be movies like this again and never anyone like Clint Eastwood. Todays so called stars just don't have it.
I make this prophecy: The Wheel shall turn, and as it turns the hunger for stories such as these shall return unto The Land. And when that hunger returns unto The Land there shall be a man there to satisfy it, in exchange for a fistful of dollars.
Thank God, this is crap
@@stuzo666 ?
Society has already hits it's pinnacle, it has peaked already. Now we are on the downward trend, i am afraid.
Maybe there will be, you don’t know what’s coming.
I like it how that one guy was not laughing. He knew what was coming.
Best actor of western films forever,CLINT EASTWOOD, you are our hero then and still,GOD BLESS YOU,you are UNFORGETTABLE
which god lol
Abartma aq
What about John Wayne?
They don't make them like Clint anymore badass in any role he plays
He started the trend of minimalistic conversation , growling type of delivery and glaring eyes. Bruce Willis , Stallone , and now Keanu Reeves have modeled their Careers based on him . Still a classic - and one of the best sound tracks ever ! Funny how a B movie launched a career .....
all from a guy who was told he talks too slow
Clint didn't really start the trend. It was mostly the director Sergio Leone. But he did help is come to life
@@darthlynx5792 Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and others have said they consider Clint Eastwood an idol to them and went into acting.
@@scottknode898 Well, compared to their acting ability, he probably is...
A Fistful Of Dollars isn't a B movie, it's so good that everyone in italy starts ripping it off and Clint was a D list actor in western series before this legendary preformance.
These three films were epic.
Only Clint Eastwood can rocked the look of matching a poncho with a cowboy hat n ciggie on his mouth looking cool n mighty. Regular folks will just look silly in it.
Especially in a desert with 100 degree temperatures and hot sun beating down.
He was the first real Bad-Ass we now come to enjoy so much..
What's amazing about this scene is that it is way before special effects were invented. Watch the close up of him firing at all four men closely. He actually aims & fires at each one of them in quick succession. He must have practiced this scene many times until it looked convincing & realistic to the director. Still amazing to this day.
That's actually quite observant.
I miss the old western movies where everyone who get shot, spins like bottlecap before hitting the dirt
Only if they don’t break railings and sommersault falling from the balcony
@@roundedges2 yeah man lol. back then, people died with finesse and style.
Being shot by a 45 will make you spin.
@@roundedges2 Or almost fall off their horse, but their feet is still stuck in the stirrup and they get draggged out of town by a panicked horse!
Truth. I believe it was during the 1990s (mid-90s maybe?), that people got obsessed with realism and started slamming flicks for being unrealistic. Sometimes they had a point, and sometimes, they just forgot that realism can be duller than dishwater, unless applied with great (artistic) care.
Maybe it started much earlier, and just picked up momentum at the end of the last century, who knows?
The Outlaw Josie Wales is my vote for Clint Eastwood's Best Western.
The name of the movie is Fistful of Dollars, not A Fistful of Dollars. There is no A in the title of the movie. Everyone gets it wrong when they say the name of the movie. I hate that. People don't pay attention.
@@Atrium512 true 👍
@@Atrium512 5:10
@Joe Smoe yea and then there’s ‘Good the Bad and the Ugly’ and ‘Outlaw Josey Wales’. Who needs article adjectives anyway - pesky little words.
@@Atrium512 IMDB calls the film "A Fistful of Dollars". Are they wrong ?
Best actor in the West
One of the bad ass scenes in movie history. Just the set up an delivery of the whole scene
$1.75 got us in the theater; 3 movies; Hang Um High, Kelly's Hero's, and Gold Finger. Those were the days!
This man is a living legend.
"My mistake, four coffins."
When he swings his poncho aside.....they should have stopped laughing right there
That little flute at 1:23 tells you exactly what’s coming!
Western masterpiece with the Legendary Clint !
Iconic clint! No one better. Those movies were the best...ever!
Love Sergio Leone's Trilogy
And Clint's High Plains Drifter.
My 4 favorites.
Man, the look in his eyes from 1:23 to 1:38 , they stopped laughing really quickly.
His hard stare, like the hypnotizing stare of a lion or a tiger moving in for the kill! Sure is enough to send chills up the spines of anyone on the wrong side of his gun. And how quickly his eyes moved when the nearest gunman spat on the ground! Not to mention the lightning speed of his shots all on target!
Clint Eastwood is an anagram of Old West Action , this is not an original discovery but amazing just the same
Wow, never heard about that anagram, and I love wordplays!
Never laugh at a Mule. I thought everyone knew that!
They have very sensitive souls
Mules are like Israelis, always offended but never ashamed.
The Man With No Name and Dirty Harry. Unbeatable.
If you put a beard on Clint Eastwood, you get The Man With No Name. If you shave his beard, you get Harry Callahan.
@@frankuraku5622 You're right, Frank. I think Clint's great but have to admit most of his characters are essentially the same strong, silent ones. At least with him you know what you're going to get and are rarely disappointed.
Spaghetti westerns the best in my opinion and then you add Clint Eastwood and Angel Eyes into them you get epic movies sad clints getting so old now but at least we have these memory's
Best badass scene in cinematic history 😍😍 Clinty's acting with Morricone iconic bgm🔥
We will never see the likes of this again. The soundtrack is iconic alongside Clint.
Poor mule. His feelings were hurt... 😢
The man with no name, the ultimate bad ass, state of the bad ass art.
1:22 A legend begins....
The older dude in the middle didn't laugh. He felt the danger... Didn't save him anyway
Love how he how he switches to killer eyes
The progression of the looks on their faces as the situation turns upside down. That camera shot from behind his gun as it leaps with each shot as he shoots em down. The direction and editing. Yeah
Coolest man on the planet.
The greatest. And he’s funny without trying to be.
The Mule musta been laughing after this
The most badass line of all times.
The mule didn't laugh,but i did.
This comment has a serious touch to it because it's batman that said it, one with some badass lines up his sleeves as well!
@@vinkuvius Clint Eastwood can be greate voice for batman, but not his strenght, unless he takes some kung fu traning.
Clint Eastwood is the original OG
Original badass.
Clint can make just standing there look more epic than any other actor
I like the way the undertaker smiles after he shoots them - like he’s thinking “4 bodies. I can close early today”
I miss the good ole days when it was legal to ice fools in a gun duel.
You wouldn't have reached 25 years old.
@@gregdenys7162 True lol
Love how the camera angle is from the point of the Gun Spin
My dog is just like his mule, he doesn't like laughing either, he gets the crazy idea you're laughing at him.
Mario: my puppy just read your post. she claims that she's got CHUNKS of dogs like yours...in her STOOL. when she said that, i laughed...amigo.
A movie set in America, filmed in Spain by Italians and financed by Germans. How's that for diversity? And the score is amazing!
yes! diversity embellishes
The EU would insist on it being called a fist full of Euros now !
Greatest scene ever🤠
Greatest movie tough guy ever ❤️
One of my favorite western scenes
*grabs poncho and hat*
This world needs a hero.
When u are laughing at his mule, u got to ask urself "Do I feel lucky???" Well, do u punk???
This part 0:30 to 0:36 with music my dad never stop saying me was the best scene🎥 with music🎶 he loves since he saw this end in 70s. 🤠💥💪⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️
I love how the older guy of the group knew what was coming and never laughed.
This is brilliant get three coffins ready. Make it four my mistake.
Clint Eastwood best
Dam, these graphics on this FPS game are some of the best I've seen!
Super classic
Make my Day- Clint Eastwood
Now, I should first get a mule! The mule. It is the most important thing in the world!
Just remember not to laugh at your mule once u get one 🙏🏼
Dirty Harry was clints best role in my opinion. “What you gotta say to yourself punk is do I feel lucky? Well do ya punk”?!
“He is…the most interesting man in the world.” 😎
I often wonder what would have happened if they'd offered sincere apologies.
The mule would burst out laughing then kick their butt's 🤣🤣🤪
He'd shoot them anyway
They'd have had to explain to the mule they weren't laughing at him, they were laughing at someone else. Then the real trouble would have started.
Clint Eastwood 🥇
Worth every penny
pure badassery
God bless America Long live the Republic
!
It's hanging by a thread .
Praying for a miracle, and our true President to assume his duties.
3:35 Biff and his gals were watching this when Marty walks in on them. (BTTF II)
I, along with some high school friends, made an Eastwood- esque movie for Creative Writing Class. I was the Star.
RUclips link or it didn't happen.
Gotta love Clint
If you're the sheriff you better get these men in the ground
Best of all times ❤
Great actor.
PERFECT THE MAN WITH NO NAME THANKS.
Best king Clint Eastwood
A very good actor 👏👍👌and a good movie brilliant 👏
Back then when Wolverine prefers to use guns than his claws
Laughing at a mule; if that doesn't deserve the death penalty, nothing does.
Choreography and music like an opera ...sublime
1:50
Psycho killer eyes
I love that Clint is basically always smoking old school rolled up blunts lol
Most people rolled their own cigarettes & cigars back then. Store-bought cigarettes were something for rich folk.
Like a bad cold.... too much coffin'.
The undertaker is smiling, more work, more income for him.
I think he was happy to be rid of them scum..
But who pays the undertaker?
🙏
Nice to watch once again this masterpiece scene
Biff Tannen knew cancel culture was coming so even in the future that is now the past he holed up in a casino and watched this over and over again.
My Hero.
His son should do a remake of one of his westerns cause he's a dead ringer of his dad
Surely u must be kidding!!! There is only one Clint, and only one he is.
No Sergio Leone movies should never be touched. Nobody can recreate those movies.
Never knew he had a son. I hope the nut didn't fall far from the tree.
@@billastell3753 his name is Scott Reeves he just recently a few years ago changed his last name to Eastwood he was in suicide squad and a few other movies one of the fast and furious movies too
But he can't act.
Bro has deadeye in real life 🔥
This is how always the justice should be served
Love that movie when I was a kid !!
Well, you gonna pull those pistols or whistle Dixie? 🤠
That Sheriff took so long finding his badge, he's lucky he didn't get shot before locating it.
Super and unforgettable.
Ennio Morricone at its best with his music 🎶🎸 R I P 🙏My mistake ,4 Coffins 🤣🤣🤣🤣😊
One thing for sure these movies owe a debt to Akira kurosawa samurai movies.
Yes , the asia publisher was belong to Toho movie because of that.
But later movie even better without mimic.
They should have just apologized to the mule. Lesson learned.
