2023 Native Arts Artist-in-Residence: Viki Eagle

Meet our 2023 Native Arts Artist-in-Residence, Viki Eagle! Her residency focuses on capturing the creative expressions of Rez Metal through photography and video. Her collection of band t-shirts, CDs, tickets, along with her photos, adorn her installation and studio here at the DAM, and bring awareness to Native presence in the metal scene.
Stop by Viki Eagle’s studio and installation located on level 3 of the DAM’s Martin Building during her open studio hours every Thursday from 12pm to 5pm to meet Viki, and learn more about her project. Viki’s residency at the DAM will continue through June 30.
