I just stumbled across your channel because I was wishing I had a sailboat and knew how to sail and then later was wishing I was you, daringly sailing about the Caribbean, hunting for fish though it does seem a bit Spartan and I'm too old for that shit now so thanks for letting me live vicariously through you for a little while. It was a great adventure from the comfort of home.

HOLY GUACKAMOLE !...... Truly a "5 STAR" PRODUCTION !... This is by far the best one yet !.....gonna be hard to beat! I would not be surprised if some movie producer saw this and ............. well ya just never know😂👍💖
Now you have a chance to look at the muffler being clogged with "Salt Rocks" for your OVERHEAT problem! You have all the symptoms that point to the muffler being plugged up with years of deposits from rust and salt! It forms "ROCKS" inside that stick to the baffles and pipes and everything ! That looks like a "YANMAR".....right?.....does it have a "HEAT EXCHANGER" or is it just salt water cooled? I am assuming you have cleaned the heat exchanger already?!?🤔.....If the muffler is clogged, the best bet is replacement.....but if none can be found and the muffler is made of steel you can use a HAMMER (after removal) to break up the crystal rock deposits inside. (hint; the muffler will be heavy if clogged).......use the hammer with ALMOST enough force to dent the outside but still break up the "ROCKS" while flushing with plenty water.
Again; CONGRATULATIONS ON A EXCELLENT PRODUCTION !!! If you can find the time let me know if this works. Sure wish you guys could by GUAM ! This Island is made for you two !

She must really love you Peter; suffering so much with sea sickness and sailing with you week in month out. Great content as always. Your dry Aussie sense of humour almost qualifies you for Pommie status and in case you are wondering Pommies (Brits) are the ones that fly into Australia and are still whining 10 minutes after the jet engines have stopped.
