i appreciate the concept of this video… but as someone who is very healthy and eating and lifestyle who also went through IVF twice as well as having pregnancy complications, i really want to caution on how this information is presented. i think people sometimes think that eating a certain way will result in perfect conception and pregnancy, but that is not always the case.
Definitely not the case! But a lot of times nutrition can help/play a role! I know this can be a very sensitive subject but I still want to put it out there as it can help. Never said it was the end all be all and don't feel I presented that way. Thanks for the feedback!
yes part 2 and 3 and 4 and 10!!! love this topic and need support in wisdom in this area as my husband and i have been trying for a year+ and no luck with God blessing us with a baby. it should be my stress level, but not sure. love your tips becca, TY!
Someone recommended laying with your legs up after being intimate with your hubby to help the sperm cell make it up. Doesn’t hurt to try! Prayers in Jesus’ name
I work in a reproductive medicine clinic and this information is extremely misleading. Most patients struggling with infertility are dealing with issues that can not simply be reversed by a change in diet.
liver also breaks down toxins cleand blood etc so think I’d avoid. also be careful about looking to our ancestors for guidance! they were often acting out of scarcity and necessity and doesn’t have the access to science, food choices etc we have now
I would love a supplementation video,we aren't trying for a baby yet but I did discuss prenatals with my doctor and they said to just get any prenatal so I guess I need to do the research myself. I know folic acid and iron are important but I don't want to miss anything that is needed, however I don't want to over supplement either.
Oh gosh love that answer LOL yeah I wouldn't just get any prenatal. Doctors are great at what they do but they get virtually no nutrition education (although some doctors will do lots of research on their own)
Hi Becca! I had my nexplanon removed and my thyroid level is high and possibly have hypothyroidism. I didn't have it before nexplanon, so hoping my numbers go down. 😊
If you could do a video about supplementation -- and maybe also touch on what you know of supplementation for PCOS (recommending good brands based on ingredients) -- that would be SUPER helpful!
Part 2 would be great! Thank you for sharing your knowledge & wisdom in this topic! Would kind of be neat if you could talk a little bit about men too our husbands 😊 what they can be doing as well !
I wish I can eat what it needs for fertility...we are trying for second baby, but my toddler has 23 food alergies and because I am breastfeeding (and I do not think it will change soon) so I must have the same diet so it is without almost everything what you said is good. We cannot eat milk/beef, eggs/chicken, nuts, cereals, legumes and much more..if you will have some advice in part 2 please film it. Thank you
This is a misconception - synthetic vitamin A can reach toxic levels and that would definitely not be good! This is not really found with naturally occurring, food based vitamin A.
I would absolutely love a part two regarding supplementation!! Love all this information!
Agreed! Would love a part 2

Hi what prenatal vitamins did you take?
I wish I can eat what it needs for fertility...we are trying for second baby, but my toddler has 23 food alergies and because I am breastfeeding (and I do not think it will change soon) so I must have the same diet so it is without almost everything what you said is good. Oh gosh that is tough mama!!! Hang in there!
Hey can you do a video on your thoughts on eating for your cycle?
Great video. However, pregnant women should really not eat organ meats as it contains too much vitamin A, which can be damaging to the fetus.
This is a misconception - synthetic vitamin A can reach toxic levels and that would definitely not be good! This is not really found with naturally occurring, food based vitamin A.
I would love a part 2 of supplementation!
Watching this while pregnant lol. I figured these foods are probably really good for pregnancy as well!
