Still listening to this amazing classic April 2024. May you all be happy and for those of us who grew up with this music in our youth, keep smiling and keep listening to the oldies. Bring back best memories of my life. Love from Cape Town, South Africa ❤😊
This was the last song I listened to on my transistor radio as I took the bus to boot camp, ultimately on my way to beautiful Vietnam. RIP my Brothers who didn't make it back to The World.

The Tremeloes were put together by a singer-promoter, Brian Poole. They were his backing band before going their own way. They would perform with Poole once in a while if he rang them up needing their services.
Kande69, I may be too young to know any of these great bands from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, but I do love the Tremeloes’s music, even I’m much more of a Beatles fan.
This was a Master piece of Three part Harmonies. Only the Hollies, Beatles and Beach boys could compare to this. Todays Bands are lucky if they manage a duet.
Long time no hear. One of my favorite songs when I was young. Beautiful falsetto voice and harmony. Tasteful rock song and band in good old days. How are they doing now?
Beautiful!! I thought there was only country, all my dad listened to, until a cousin came to visit and she had this Tremeloes record, I heard this song, and i was hooked on pop and rock and roll, wonderful!! Time machine please!!
This was number one on my eleventh birthday, still brings the hairs up on the back of my neck, very underestimated band that epitomised the creativity of the sixties, Their later album "master" deserved more credit than it had.
My big sister got me a ticket to see them in a tiny cinema in our tiny Welsh village just after this song became a bit loved it then still do thanks Kath
It’s obvious that The Tremeloes were one of the most TALENTED bands to ever come out of the British Invasion era. Unlike the Four Seasons, the entire band could PLAY their own instruments as well as sing! It’s amazing they didn’t become superstars…
Such a significant song with a first love. Me off to college and her finishing 12th grade. She found a new boyfriend. I told my story to my Texas-Frat-bros and they asked me what do want us to do? I replied.. Do nothing brothers, it's her decision. She will return, if it is her decision.
Ho My. Who is listening to this beautiful melody in 2024.
Eu Regina Paixão, apaixonada 03/2024
Me, but I'm 77 ...it brings back so many memories of people -some gone- , and old haunts all gone...bedsit life in South Dublin..!
Eu. Hoje. Mas a conheço desde meus 11 anos
Yes most certainly it's on my playlist 😊
Me, i am 74
I’m 75 and still love to hear this song ❤
Timeless, beautiful music.
Me too I’m also 75.
We didn’t know what talent we had back then but it’s surly missed today.
That's an understatement.
You are so right 👍
Absolutely! The trash that passes for “ music” these days is unsettling for sure.

The Vietnam war was a waste of soldiers.
Thank you for your service.

Such a haunting, lovely song. One of my all-time favorites 🥰
A masterpiece of harmony arrangement and singing.. and a rare thing - a truly flawless, perfect record.
It's so nice how the falsetto guy and the lower pitched voices compliment each other so perfectly.
Falsetto by Rick West.
Rick stopped singing after a few years.
Definitely me!! The best music then, not today's garbage👍

How do certain musicians find each other and end up making perfect harmony..total mystery..🇨🇦

What a beautiful song. Go oldies always. 50's baby.
遥か高校3年生の頃。放課後の教室でクラスの友達がLPレコードで聴かせてくれました。男声の裏声を多用した爽やかで心躍るコーラス。永遠の名曲。あの頃の洋楽最高…!
