Thanks for your comment. There are several places advertised as “fully furnished” in the city of Loja but you’ll probably need to buy some appliances like microwaves or toasters. Finding fully furnished apartments in the outskirts of Loja can be more difficult but it’s not impossible. You need to take your time while looking. We can help you with that. We notice there are more and more emails we are getting from expats who are thinking about moving here. We also had several customers that came here looking for a place to call home. All we can say is that the expat community in the city is small but we see it has potential to grow. Hello! We have several female clients who walk around the streets of Loja without any problem or concern. There are some areas that we wouldn't recommend to visit by yourself at night. Loja is one of the safest cities in Ecuador. We think most of my clients don't have security guards at their places. It's important to know what the best neighborhoods are and the pros and cons of each area. In fact, We offer a neighborhood tour aimed to expats who want to relocate here. Some hotels allow pets but we recommend to look for an Airbnb that is Pet Friendly. Airbnb is very people here. If you need help finding a hotel that accepts pets let us know.
