The Alaska trip should be an easy trip since they will not like to damage this truck before giving it away. So, I sm sure the trip will not involve hardcore things to potentially damage this rig. So, any normal capable 4x4 can do the Alaska trip easy.
@@myytchannel6632 I think the idea was to push it and see what an "Overland" rig, built properly, is capable of. We'll see, as soon as the border is open. With other experience YT Overlanders going along I'm sure there will be plenty of adventure and maybe some wrenching.
@@myytchannel6632 I even saw a Fiat 500 traveling through Alaska on dirt roads. I'm sure they spent way less on gas than I did with my truck.

im a newbie...love you guys ,just purchased my first Jeep ever ,,A2017 Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited with 17 000 miles on it with a 6 speed manual transmission and its still full stock with no extras on it, will be watching everything you have out to see what stuff i truly want on my new toy .Keep up the amazing work !

That roof rack and tent system is awesome my favorite part of the build and would be great for our log truck trails in Montana and weekend getaways

I really Love❣️ the bed tent and cargo containers. Everything is great from the steps to bumper and lights, snorkel and all. But the bed rack, tent and cases are 🔥 for me.

LOVE it. Looks so good :) I really like the power steps. And I've never seen that snorkel design, it's pretty sleek. But the bed rack design takes the cake. Not a huge fan of it aesthetically, but so functional!
Also, sounds like a great quarantine plan, no home, a JT base camp and a JL! 😜

Awesome build ! i really like the jt with truckbed cages . Still needs some tube fenders on it.
ive got a jeep but i still cant seem to get rid of my old pickup truck just to carry big stuff around. would be a sweet to have a do it all rig

Like my Jeep my favorite upgrade is always the next one cause it just makes your build that much better. You guys have done such an amazing job on this build and for 20 minutes of entertainment for us you guys are putting in an unbelievable amount of time and effort and my hats off to you guys for what you do. Followed this build from the beginning, no way could I pick my favorite thing, but the suspension mods and compressor set up are really nice.

I've been watching ya'lls channel for a while now and honestly have not subbed because I don't just subscribe to channels like a Bass on a shiny bait. The efforts to which you guys went to upload is dedication. Absolutely love it and subbed! I also don't sub to everything under the sun because my watch list is like 150 channels deep and there isn't that much time in the day lol. RUclips is better than TV and I thank you guys for giving us something to watch.

I’ve spent a few grand with Northridge4x4 for our JLUR this week. I think I need to stop watching your Jeep videos for a bit. Parts awaiting install when the hubby gets home from deployment include: RK 3.5” Stage 3 Adventure lift kit, ARB onboard air system, LOD front bumper, Smittybuilt 10k winch, LOD rear bumper w/ tire carrier, cargo rack for the tire carrier, Rock lights (because in AZ you go at night to avoid the heat), & a tailgate table. He made me promise to wait till he gets home to install stuff though.... this is torture.

Kevin, get with the company that builds those catch cans and get them to build a catch can that has a line that runs back into the valve cover and a oneway valve that doesn't allow the oil to come up into the line, but once the engine is shut off it allows the oil in the catch can to drain back into the valve cover. That way it empties itself and puts the oil back into the engine.

Super sick coming along amazing. Hope you guys are doin ok with everything going on...honestly being spiked out camping somewhere is probably the best place to be long as u have plenty food and water. Stay safe cant wait till we get thru this month of April. Even Prescott, AZ where I live that's fairly... self governed we'll say is technically on lockdown thru 4/30!
For internet, do what I do when on the road - pull into any roadside Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden inn, etc., and you can access their free wireless from just outside their front door. Hampton Inn will have free warm cookies too in the lobby.

As for the fenders, I’m PRAYING that you’re going with the Metalcloak Overland tube fenders, front and rear, since they look so rad, and also hoping it gets the Undercloak integrated Armor system!!
