Gala Apples | Bite Size

On this Bite Size video, we're talking about the New Zealand apple variety, Gala. Gala is a cross between Kidd's Orange Red (which in itself is an offspring of the great English variety Cox's Orange Pippin and Red Delicious) and Golden Delicious. The flavor is complex with delicious citrusy notes and has a good crunch.
