The graphics are practically the same for PC and PS3; it's the new maps and fancy weapons and patches on PC that makes it seem better. If anything at all, the PS3 version is a complete classic. I play it all the time. I own both PC and PS3, and as much as I love the PC updates, it's the classic PS3 that gets me. And occasionally, you'd find a lot of good players (usually in clans) that would piss you off because they keep killing you. You won't believe how crazy the Snipers are until you see it.
I'm getting a PS3 for Xmas, and I'm so glad Orange Box is on it, since it wouldn't work on my computer. I just hope a lot of people play TF2 on PS3s in my area...
dudes i dont get the people who said that the ps3 version of the orange box is a sick port i got it today and i think after the 10 patches that were given its great ! i cant see any laggs or bugs etc. everything looks normal so everyone who has a ps3 (or maybe other platforms) should definetly get it !

@iDino030 The Natascha Heavy can dominate the server, if the server doesn't get a regular Sasha Heavy to fight him, a good direct hit soldier, and even a well trained spy and or sniper.
I don't know about you, but I do sometimes miss the simpler days of TF2, before all the retarded achievements and horribly imbalanced new weapon sets. Really, the only things I'd miss if I switched to a console release would be Goldrush, and mouse aim.
I looked everywhere to see someone using an UNLOCKED item or DROPPED or PROMOTED item on TF2 in The Orange Box. Every video I looked, I did not see one. This actually told me, TF2 in Orange Box wasn't worth it. No unlocked items, just trophies, acheivments, and classics. Thank god I had PC version.

@iDino030 I actually disagree with the claims of the PS3 version being more balanced. I find that it goes a bit more towards realism then balance. The generic Pistol and Shot gun both fire at a very slow speed and also do less dammage, which they should. However, that just makes the engineer more reliant on an overpowered sentry gun.
well i think this is good for people who have crappy PC's and cannot play TF2 without it lagging to be honest i do not care about some of the updates as long as i have fun while playing it i don't give a rat's ass what people think

Its basically the same game, yes it can get laggy at times, finding players online is pretty good most of the time but I have had some times at night were there would be hardly any one playing, and as for it being comfortable I would say its actually pretty good but its really hard to use a sniper. The only true downside is that the PS3 will never get any updates which isn't so bad if you like playing it old school style.

you know what ps3 has than microsoft. you have hd we have blue ray. ps3 has 4d grahpics. your cheap little consoles could not handle that tipe of graphics. and you know what sucks for you guys nintendo sells better than microsoft. and also we can leave r consoles on for weeks but your console will die out if you leave it on for 5 days

Well I play it most days and love it! The game is so worth getting its jaw dropping. I really want valve to create more games on the PS3!

I do not know about the Xbox360 but it is known fact that the PS3 version have framerate drops. The PS3 port was not developped by Valve.
