I saw people having families barbecues...all wearing surgical masks 😂 😂😂 I love that I am live to witness this otherwise I would never believe it could happen. Never believe that people could be so stupid.
I've had the same thoughts about drivers and their masks! Lol..Its typically older people i see tho.. I guess for Halloween I'm dressing up as coronavirus. Let me know what you think.

I keep my masks at home, and I usually put one on before getting in the car, and then take it off and put it in the hamper when I get home. I just don't feel the extra hassle of carrying it with me all the way there, putting it on in the parking lot, and then taking it off in the parking lot and carrying it all the way home is worth it just for a few extra seconds not wearing the mask. What _I_ don't get is why people think this is worth commenting on.
I saw people in south Texas on Padre Island National seashore. On the beach...totally isolated... 30 plus miles removed from civilization. Wearing a mask.......
You guys I live in San Francisco and the sheer amount of fucking crazy people wearing masks alone in the car, alone walking down the street, on an e-bike flying through the sidewalk all with masks on. What in the actual fuck. 😂
The point of this is mind your business, people wearing a mask in their doesn’t impact nor should concern you!!!!! However it does implies that you never wore a mask unless instructed to which inconvenienced you because you had to small that horrible breath that you forcing everyone else to smell.
I used to drive for DoorDash while wearing a mask and people made fun of me for it. I don't want to take off and put on my mask 50 times a day. I'd rather just leave it on until my shift is over.
It's kinda sad, but in Indonesia, you get fined if you don't wear a mask in the car. They have to do it by law. No joke. I wonder how many other countries do this?
It's almost summer 2021. The Governor of my state lifted the mask mandate over three weeks ago and I am still seeing douchebags wearing masks while riding bicycles alone. Don't these people realize that it is spread person to person and if you are not around anyone then you can't catch it? SMH🙄
Gonna play devil's advocate here: To maximize the effectiveness of the mask, you have to avoid touching it as much as possible. Only time you should touch it is when putting it on (using the straps to put it on, and only touching the actual mask to shape it around your nose and chin), and when taking it off (again, only using the straps). So keeping your mask on in your car seems logical, unless you have a bunch of masks and don't mind changing it whenever you hop in and out of the vehicule (but then you're just wasting masks, which is a kind of a dick move during a pandemic)
The news is trying to scare you. You'll probably survive from this if you're young, have no health problems, and you can keep inflammation and excessive weight down while also keeping your immune system up.

I'm 20 and I've already had it back in March (wasn't aware at the time, only had a single side effect that was just recently linked to Covid) and I'm still healthy. It's my coworkers, friends and family I'm worried for. That's why it's a common effort that everyone should take part in.

@@groumoun328 most of my coworkers have been fine, and only a few actually claim they caught it in the past. The family I have close by doesn't even usually wear a mask, and they're still alive. I haven't heard about them catching covid-19, only a regular cold/flu is all.
