Tafo I think your talking videos are fine to keep on your main channel, I would post it on this channel still if it's about gaming like this twitch one. Also I suggest maybe doing Nintendo switch games in genral I think your channel will grow even bigger! I love your channel and I love your videos and I hope you keep uploading!!
Owncast seems like it might be a good alternative, but it requires streamers to have the technical know-how to set up their own servers and pay for hosting/digests, and you'd have to acquire your own advertisers (if ad revenue is your primary income strategy). Still, I'd be curious to see what would happen when a big streamer with some advertiser connections migrates to that.

No more exclusivity is huge!
also worth mentioning, they're raising the price of amazon prime, so twitch prime may not be a reliable get as much in the future.
