I spent the summer of 1955 in Cape May. I will never forget it. It was my favorite vacation of all time.

I go every year, my family stays at the Grand hotel I am always sad to leave because it’s one of my favorite places on earth.

Stayed at the Grand Hotel as well last year. Loved it! I was born and raised in NJ yet didn’t get to Cape May until last year, only took me 59 years but love at first sight ❤. My new go to vacation destination. Relaxing and beautiful

Grew up in Cape May.. my very 1st job was as a chambermaid at The Grand.. and my 1st drink was at the hotel bar, The Golden Eagle

Lived there 2010-2013, yes i lived there when i was born, i love that place.
Whenever my friends/people i know are about to stay there,they always ask me for places to go and stay.
I love Cape May more than myself

In retrospect, great place to grow up in the 80s.. but as a kid, winter sckd ... Only thing open was the Acme 😂

@@hoodhippychick Actually, the only time I vacation at Cape May is in the off-season. Obviously a lot of places aren't open, but there is less people and a tremendous amount of peace.
