Great recipe! I have been thinking about getting an air fryer for a long time now, this finally convinced me to take the plunge! As always, love how detailed and informative you are while still keeping the vids short and not way too long - much more watchable that way 😀
My Brussels sprouts were totally hard and chewy and hard to chew. I wonder if you should steam them first so they are cooked inside? I know I cooked them long enough, the outer leaves were brown and crispy, any longer they would have burned. I guess I don’t get how the inside can soften without pre steaming.
The extended info-mercial about the air fryer was a turnoff. If we're watching this video, we all obviously already know all about air fryers... we came here for the recipe, not for a long air fryer sales pitch.

Y’all cheese is vegetarian but not vegan! Vegan means zero animal products, amd vegetarian means dairy and eggs are allowed, generally speaking! 🙂
