I own a 2015 528i from new up to this day. It’s been very comfortable and reliable. I like the classic look, the angel eyes, the wave like design on the hood. At about 63,000 miles right now, it had never got a single issue, not even burning engine oil. The oil level stays the same between oil changes and I had never needed to add oil in between. I’ve been doing all maintenance after the warranty expired. Think I would keep it for longer.

😂 Mine f10 2015 is now 136,000miles and 0 issues except one time coolant pipe broke and injector replaced under warranty. I agree I prefer F10 had G30 for a week and didn't like it.

I also love the F10!
I've had an f10 520d and i have a g30 530 e now. The f10 just has that more aggressive look because of the lines on the hood. Is makes the car look really bad ass. But everything else wins it on the g30 for me. But i would never mind driving an f10. Amazing car

If u want to buy new one g30,why not u convert from f10 to g30.i think it costs around 10-15k only
I also have an F10 2014 LCI 530D, his comparison between 2.0d and a 2.0 petrol helped by an electric motor is not so justified.. because if you are on autobahn and maybe racing, when you run out of battery for the electric motor, you'll probably end up with same 190hp vs 190hp, diesel is definely winning here especially if you have a b47 which solved alot of issues from the n47 engine.. you'll have only problems with that petrol + electric combo, I prefer more basic config, that's why I chose a 530D, N57 with a single turbo, not 535D or 550D which are more complicated and have alot more problems.
I have a f10 535i 2014, if I change it I can only afford the 4 cylinders 530i. But it's like paying a whole pre-own 535i price to exchange a 2020ish 530i. So two 535i f10s for one 530i g30. I think I will just keep my f10 as long as it could be. F10 is a great car if you take care of it.
I'd keep the F10 535i! I wouldn't trade it for a 4 cylinder G30 myself.
Only way I would do it is if you could trade it for a G30 540i.

You should really compare 528i f10 with the 530 G30 in terms of driving comparison. Personally would wait for the next gen 5 series which is coming soon rather than the G30.

@@AJDrives I agree with Suren sicen F10 petrol engine generates 245 HP which is almost the same as G30 series. so driving with petrol engine is better.
I own a G30 , it's a great car! But I don't think it'll bring much content if it's for RUclips, I would recommend F10 M5
