Nice job and nice project. What size blade did you use to cut material that thick? I have used #7 for 1 1/2" thickness but have never cut anything thicker than that. Again, nice job. Al
The blade I used was an Olson "5 precision ground, skip tooth, with reverse teeth at each end. The finished box was 2 inches tall . The material I used appeared to be straight grained Southern white Pine.
