None of them worked for mine. Method#6 is not doable as the battery is non-removable.
I tried to forced shutdown by pressing the power button and turned it on again. The battery was charging for ~1minutes, then back to 'not charging' state.
Seems like there's something that prevent the charging process continues.

To all: If none of these methods work (none worked for me), it's more than likely your power cord or the battery itself, even if the charging light is on. Try replacing your power cord first. You can always return your purchase it if it doesn't work. That did the trick for me.

@@divyanshpaliwal2615 i have done nothing my panel is little broken so if i open to remove the battery it will be completely broken so kept it at it is . Using by keeping it plug in but good news is that is gradually increasing in one month it has increased from 33% to 60%

At first, plug in charger and uninstall the driver you mentioned here from device manager.
Then shutdown Laptop and unplug the charger. Also unplug & plugin again the battery if possible.
Then plugin charger cable and turn on Laptop. Now the Acpi compliant deriver will be reinstalled.

@@QwakX779 im not the same person but have this same issue. laptop wont increase battery percent even though it says it's plugged in. tried the method of hooking to HDMI on another screen and choosing to only display the other screen, which worked for a while until it stopped working and now just wont charge any more than the current percent. i have an MSI Delta 15 and it's not even a year old yet.

The problem is that now the charge is 100%.

you mean doesn't have "power", in the same setting page on the up left corner in the search type "power" you will get all kind of results scroll down and click on the "show all results" scroll all the way down and click on "find and fix problems withe your computer power setting"
