keep in mind, when your LV increases in undertale, you simply become less hesitant to kill, not really any stronger. At LV 19, Frisk is still just a kid. Humans are far stronger than monsters in undertale. Meanwhile Wario has superhuman physical capabilities.
...This is funny given how Wario is the exact sort of person who'd do a No Mercy run if they fell into the Underground.
Like, Wario is basically 110% Determination without any scruples to hold him back, the man has literally willed himself to be unkillable in multiple games. By the Undertale universe's metaphysics, Wario would be terrifying. Like, even moreso than he already is.
Only reason he wouldn't do a no mercy run would be because he could get more treasure from NOT killing people left and right, at least that's what I think.

In the Japanese version of undertoad, Wario would say "OH MY GOD!" upon death. This was changed for the international release however.

(Mario is Frisk/Chara in this AU. I’m pretty sure it’s ToadChanged, or any AU with Undyne as Sans, but with Undertoad. I’m pretty sure Bowser is Asgore, though. Just a much better version of him. He could use his power of the Power Ztars, but he doesn’t in his AU, unless you go Genocide, but that’s a whole different battle.)

Random collection of ideas for how the fight would work and such:
- Wario doesn't dodge, and simply tanks your attacks, taking 0 damage and instead just losing some coins, like in Wario Land.
- Wario's attacks include a variety of things from Warioware microgames, exploding bombs, moving spotlights, bouncing balls, you name it, and each works in their own way.
- Wario relies less on planned, thought out patterns that can be memorized, and more on hard-to-predict patterns filled that require quick reflexes and thinking to dodge, just like Warioware.
- Instead of turning your soul blue and manipulating gravity like Sans, Wario simply slams the battle box and moves it around, with attacks moving with the box, but the soul doesn't, requiring you to manually move with the box to not get shoved into an attack or something.
- Before the final attack, Wario realizes that, due to all of your attacks causing him to lose coins, he is now completely broke, entering a fury and attacking you with every trick he has left up his sleeve.
- After the final attack, Wario smashes the FIGHT button, saying that now you're both at a standstill, cuz he can't beat you, but now you can't beat him, and he knows you're just as stubborn as him, so neither of you are gonna give up. He lays down and, just like Sans, eventually falls asleep, allowing you to move the box to the ACT button and select the new "Fight" act, slashing Wario. Wario reflects a bit, saying that, due to your actions, he has no employees to not pay, no people to be better than, and worst of all, absolutely no money. He thinks that maybe, dying wouldn't be so bad, cuz Wario claims his immortality is from him just not feeling like dying, which is no longer the case. He says he'll see you in hell, and finally dusts.
I don't really care for Sans or Undertale, I'm just here for the rearrangement of Wario music.

I feel like there's going to be a lives mechanic, and if you lose all of them in this fight, you get a gameover, regardless of how much HP you have left.

This is a super cool take on Megalovania. Rather than a Megalovania remix, this feels more like what would play if Wario had to fight some big bad, one that wronged him personally, and I love that
If Warioland saga comes from its grave and somehow made something like that for the final boss, I hope the battle theme will pair up with this

I looked up "wario megalovania" for a laugh and found this. I'm surprised that this actually impliments not just the Wario world music but Wario's original Mario land 2 boss theme intro.
I feel that this would be a very fitting track if Mario ever fight Wario again as a final boss.

If Wario worked at a grocery store, if a petty person wanted garlic bread without garlic because it "has a smell that is not exquisite", I bet he would spray more garlic onto the garlic bread.
Honestly, this makes sense. Nintendo has done a lot to flanderize Wario into the dopey, absurd, gross comic relief that you can't take seriously, but beneath that lies a character with the same charisma and fortitude of Mario only twisted. He has Herculean strength and will stop at nothing to get what he wants, which really means something when you consider that he's essentially indestructible in most of his games. The man not only shrugs off things like total immolation and zombification, but actively uses said bodily destruction to his advantage. The man could, in fact, beat Goku! If you pushed Wario to a point that he dropped his goofy facade or stood in the way of his wealth, you would absolutely have a 'Rotten Day!'

i imagine that this happens at the end of a game where Wario has a character arc in which he starts to value friendship. Then he thinks one of them died at the hands of the bad guy and he just starts beating the crap out of them.
The battle against him would be imposible. I mean, he can survive to being:
