Just took my step 1 a few days ago. You are the best .. thanks, Dr. Randy, your explanations are the best, especially the night before the exam, very calming and relaxing with much information. Both your lectures and Dr. sattar's pathoma made me pass the night and the day❤❤

Ahmed, There is a relaxing feeling that you know you did your best. You can relax for a few weeks, then no matter the outcome...ATTACK moving forward!! Glad videos are helpful. Once you overcome STEP 1 then you are over the biggest hurdle. Keep me posted.

This was one of the best videos I’ve seen on the topic. I appreciate how simple you made this concept

Excellent well explained video. Thanks for keeping all your videos in the zone of proximal development but keeping the big goal in mind.

Thank you, Dr. Neil for another great video. I noticed that developmental milestones have been updated and I got questions wrong on UWORLD going by the old milestones, which is consistent with the content of this video. Do you know which version of milestones that acutal USMLE go by now? I have my STEP3 coming up in June 2024.

Hmmm.... If you could provide an example of the inconsistency, that might help my understanding...

@@RandyNeilMD I don’t remember it exactly but the question stems from UWORLD /AMBOSS describing a 15mo old who cannot walk and 6mo who cannot seat steady are not concerning and in the range of normal development.
