Big shout from Wales UK, love your channel love the content and love this guy and his humour. If only everyone realised that real money is indeed silver, and the Fiat money most people use today will inevitably go down to 0
@@ellaskins sure is, when I tell my adult kids about my silver, they are like, why do you buy it Dad ? seems the younger generation, or at least a lot, never actually handle even physical fiat, never mind silver or gold, all invisible transfers via phone, sadly they don't really notice inflation as they never have the 'hold on last week 4 pound coins bought that, now I need 6' moment.
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed listening to you two talk. I felt like I was right there with you siting on his couch listening. Being an older person and a former milkman I can relate to some of his history. Please keep up the great work. Merry Christmas
I always enjoy watching Guy talk about his coins in his coin shop plus the questions you SpegTaclular ask about Silver and Gold collectible coins as well as collecting coins from around the World and the rise and fall of pass governments and their cash Notes and coins what a wonderful history of money.
The coin guy is building a following through his exposure on Spegtacular’s RUclips posts! Thanks for taking all the time to educate the coin collecting community. Good stuff, all!
i remember the glass bottled milk when i was a kid delivered at my house .great video i bet there's know smash & grab at his store . i wish there was stores like this in canada .this guy knows his stuff
Recently got the deal of a lifetime, I found a full sterling silver silverware collection at a local antique store and they wanted 75 dollars for it. Over 72 ounces of sterling
Never knew Coin Guy was from Long Island! he mentioned the Melville coin show on route 110 which has been around for almost 60 years, 20 minutes from my house. Merry Christmas 🤙🏻
I thought I left comment before, apparently not. Another great interview. The pipe tobacco tin is worth money, it’s a collectible. Also pipe tobacco comes in different forms. Most common flake and cut (sometimes cubed). Flake are large strips, cut is just that already to pack a pipe. Flake you have to either cut or rub out to small pieces to pack a pipe.
Merry Christmas, I enjoyed seeing what Guy has to offer, especially like his storied of former years, glad business is good. Have a great New year. Bill
Another great history lesson, Always a pleasure watching and listening to theCOIN GUY and of course Speg. Awesome as usual. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
I have a small collection of tins and the one that Coin Guy got has nice colors. Always enjoy the history from the Coin Guy. Also all the silver! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year SpegTacular!
Love from India for the coin guy..hope to meet you someday. Gold has been part of our culture since 1000's of years. Gold is the 2nd most imported commodity after Oil in India and the same amount is smuggeled somehow.
16:50 I collect silverware likes spoons and forks, and try to resell it on eBay. It's REALLY hard to resell things, even items that are 250 years old. People won't even pay melt+100% for them. For something that dates back to the 18th century! Also, spoons are a much easier sell than forks. No one wants a fork. It's weird.
Love the videos, I'm going back down to see the coin guy in a few days this time I'm going to buy a spegtacular silver piece from him if he still has one. I got a a dollar bill with coin guy on last time I was there. I bought a lot of silver and old paper money. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Spegtacular, Coin Guy, and y'alls family.
I use a milkman delivery. You gotta be home or they won’t leave it. It comes in glass jars. They don’t offer all dairy but cold brew, lemonade, flavored and the reg milk with whole, 2%,1%, skim and cream or half and half. I pay a deposit on the glass bottles but it comes back when they pick it up. Overall slightly higher than grocery store but it’s a local dairy fresh and dependable. I love it.
Hey Speg as always great stuff! Side note I just got back a 1829 half cent had chop mark on it. NGC labeled it as "private counter mark" thanks again for the share. Stay safe and stack on! Peace from Kansas!!!
I know I sound like a broken record. But, I just love it when you have Coin Guy on. I think you are great also. Thanks for using your channel for him to share his knowledge. And as always "GOD bless America"

Well I'll give this one a like /thumbs up just for the coin guys Christmas present ! Lol great video I love you guys videos man, I've been commenting on certain videos Nd posts about trying to get one of yalls coin guy/spectacular silver rounds and trying to figure out a price, bur aside from that I'm a decal fanatic I am trying to cover my tool boxes with decals, and I keep noticing your decals lol what do I need to do to be able to get my hands on some decals? And I would love to buy some silver from you or the coin guy is there anyways you could see what his best price per oz on silver is for me? I don't cRe if it's generic rounds or junk constitutional silver or whatever injust wanna buy some of whatever the best priced stuff yall have is. Thank yall for your time and keep the great videos coming, have a great night !!!!
My late grandparents lived in Spring Hill and I visited this shop several times. Good and honest guy and coins are VERY fairly priced. Glad to see he's doing well. Would also hit the card shop and calzone place that were next door. Haven't been there for 7-8 years but miss visiting Fla.
Sliced tobacco is simply tobacco that has been sliced directly from the tobacco leaf. In other words after the tobacco leaf has been cured in the barn it is placed in a slicer and cut into strips to be smoked.
I can't stand him as he gives poor advice to viewers. He calls shops in rural areas who have to offer what they do because they don't get the volume of business in that a normal city shop would. I can't watch the guy, he's a tool...and I'm pretty sure he wears women's lipstick. You can even see that online dealers offer more than spot for Eagles and depending on the current market which changes each and every day and multiple times a day, you may get different prices. My local places sometimes have offered more for generics and eagles and sometimes spot and sometimes under. Everything depends on way more factors than "let me call TODAY" I'd recommend that you follow a good channel. It doesn't have to be me, but that guy is trash :)
My uncle was a milk man. That was near the end in the early 70s. Our neighbor would get raw milk delivered, even now. I hear it's 20+ bucks per gallon.
Another great video and loved the pieces of eight etc. It's interesting that as Guys love of history grew his appreciation of chop marks did as well 😃 Happy Christmas Guy and family Speg and all reading this. ⛄⛄🎄🎄🎄
