Speg you are an amazing American! God bless you and your family! Love the pledge at the end of each stream. My visit to Guy’s coin store Awesome, well worth the 4 hour drive.🇺🇸🫵🏼👍🏼
Yes! The floppy disk Oregon trail apple ll e. Spegzzz get yourself a 3 ring binder full of plastic 9 holder. 6 sheets is 54 coins. Think that would cover a date comm set
Congrats on the type set, Speg and good luck on completing the entire set! Hope Mrs. Spegtacular is on board with this endeavor.... gonna be major expensive, especially if theres college in the future for the kiddos! Take care, be safe and God bless!
Old PCGS holders are called rattlers because they often rattle. In any coin shop I ask to see rattlers first Often they will regrade a full grade up when broken out OR green or gold CAC bean. 🐣
Hello from Northern California! I really enjoy these type coins too... You've got the collector bug my friend. I'm always on the look out for better grades of my coin collections... Happy you are enjoying the coin passion! Merry Christmas, Happy New Year! -Peter
I like to think of myself as more of a ms64 Oregon half as opposed to a ms66, I've been spending some time drinking beer and watching football as well.
I know for a fact I couldn't touch those coins for less than a thousand a piece, many you see at the best auctions MS-66 and up, you must get them wholesale. What I would really like to see is a complete CC set in high grade, not just Morgan's but all dimes to double eagles. Some mints seem special because they weren't around for long, and they had lower mintages. I have a couple of those coins but the condition is so bad it might be hard to get more than face value. Great collection!
@edwardcairejr.3599 I was listening to a show called sasquatch chroincals and the what one of the guys on there was referring to bigfoot as lol but ya you are right thanks 😊 👍
Usually the Denver mint marks have a lower mintage I remember that from my LCS guy he always said get the Denver mint marks for the half dollars I wanted to see the California julibbe that's on my bucket list
It's not often that I can teach something to someone that will stick with them for their entire life. And I'm no teacher. Oregon is pronounced "Or a GUN", NOT "Ore GONE" and NOT "Or a GONE". Or a GUN. Oregon. Or a GUN. Oregon. Thank you for your time.
ps it never ends once you have the entire set you cna sell off half of them in order to make a new whole set in MS65+ only :)
I appreciate the numismatic videos. Very nice coins.

It was neat to have a look at your commemorative half dollar collection again. Also your new pick ups. Thanks, Speg!
Good find, 20% of them probably been melted down for scrap silver
I've picked up a handful in the last 8 months a few of them I need to send in for grading.

In my experience, trying personally, they do NOT upgrade.
Thanks for sharing Speg. Awesome video.
I buy the coin and the holder 😊

Hello SpegTacular

Good job Spegs!

Spegtacular giving away his age... "for real"!😂

Caps albums are a good way to display. Graded coin snap in to the pages. Will be mir bulk however.
Another great video.
I just looked up the 1921 Missouri at MS66+ $70.000!!!! Yes $70 seventy Thousand Dollars!!!!!!
Great content, great video.
NICE! i want your isabella
Love the combination of stacking precious metals and collecting numismatics! What collection will be focused on next?
This’ll be my big to-do for a while
💯
I got 2 follow the Oregon trail 2 1926. What are they worth ? Regular circulation?
10:15 is that really a typo on the PCGS slab? Connectict?
Maybe a small rotating jewelers case, Keep Stackin Bro

Good morning from ontario a catamount is what they call sasquatch in the south I thing in Mississippi
Good morning!
Catamount refers to a cougar or lynx, depending on the locale.

YOUR MOM LETS YOU CARRY TO MUCH MONEY…😂
I need to get into these! I found a few CRH and also a 1925 counterfeit. What do suggest I do to start buying these certified?
That’s up to you. Find out where you want to start and search them out. Enjoy the ride :)
😍 🤤
Speg, do you think that the flowing hair medal was a scam and all of the privy marks went to specific buyers?
No. Too many “random” people who have no connection with the mint received them to believe that.
Nope you got ripped
I know that the Oregon Trail graded MS64 looks much better than the comparative MS66.
I buy the coin and the holder 😊
