Write in a journal. Here are some suggestions❤️:
Write down or think about what you accomplished today. It can be as simple as taking a shower, feeding your pets, or even feeding yourself! 🥘 You deserve to nourish yourself.
Write down what you need to accomplish tomorrow. This can give order to your life and let your mind rest about worries because you have put faith in your future self.
Write down positive things about yourself, things you are grateful for, and/or vent out some of your pain and frustration.
Write down your goals, both long-term and short-term.

You really grew in your niche, i think. I loved the whispering from the start and I feel that whatever microphone you got in the meantime, made it even better! Love the soft tapping interspersed with other things, like "unexpected" treasures in between. I love the weirdness of the pallettes and toys etc you use. Keep it up, please! You're one of the few asmrtists i have subscribed to and haven't unsubscribed from, because you don't get boring. That might be a little too much pressure for anyone, but I mean over the course of a few months, i prefer to see a different thing every few weeks, and yours is just new after new after new, so that's awesome. But take care of yourself too, okay?!
