- Building a face frame assembly table for a kitchen cabinet production line, Woodworking can be slow at times and doing face frames for kitchens its nice to have every advantage. using pneumatic clamps to build fixtures in a wood shop can really speed things up. Air cylinders make great clamps and are really easy and cost effective to use in lots of woodworking jigs and fixtures.

The punchline to this story is that Izzy figured out a way to run the entire factory off of 1 cordless drill !!! :)
I always wondered what kind of man builds all the intricate machinery in a production situation now I know it’s guys like Izzy very clever
I'm thrilled to see you tackling this project!
Thanks for sharing! This is the kind of stuff you never think of making yourself, but this is totally doable. Great content.
I'm starting a cabinet shop in Washington, this is gonna be an awesome and inexpensive idea to make jobs easier. Thanks for the awesome tutorial!
Amazing to see & be inspired by how economically & efficiently you build this. Thank you for sharing!
Super cool Izzy!! Really gets my gears moving!👍😊
Now that's one heck of a job guys! 👍 Guess I'll have to cut my pieces out on the band saw since I don't have a CNC! 😁
Thanks izzy for sharing!
I really like this design. It's simple and easy to use as well as set up.
Great job Izzy.
Thanks for sharing
They made a smart move, and got the right guy to set up the jig.
That was ingenious Izzy!!! 👍👍
Unbelievable who would dislike this creation. SMDH!!! GREAT JOB IZZY!!!!
You made that look exceedingly simple. Now I want one, lol!
Those clamps would be great for tabbing solar cells together. You've got the wheels turning now lol. Great jig!
Right? In general a useful concept for folks who assemble a lot of things either in a factory or in the garage. Mine won't use pneumatic clamps but it will be useful.
Us less monetized types could build this but use wood cams in place of the air cylinders. A piston under the cam could be used if the rotation caused a problem with the parts moving on the table. A lever are could control all the cams. Now, go build it and do a video for me! Nice project and video Izzy! Jim
Wow, that's a fantastic idea! I love the idea of having those things able to clamp down anywhere!
I realize it is quite off topic but does anybody know of a good website to stream newly released series online?
You are the Mad Scientist of RUclips! Their isn't a project that you can't create! Awesome stuff as usual!
Izzy, you never cease to amaze me. This is really a cool idea!! Much better than clamping horizontally. Takes up less room. I really like the the way it slides along and is run by air.
Very nicely done as usual Izzy! The stuff that you continually come up with is mind blowing................... :)
Getting jiggy with it!
Great work Izzy. I can not wait to see your follow up video, regarding this jig.
Isa Kocoglu lol do not amalgamate jiggy and Izzy in your head like I did after reading your comment... getting Jizzy with... oops family channel
Izzy, I want to see more of your automation efforts at this factory! 😊
WOW . What an incredible talent you have Izzy It is amazing.
Izzy I was wondering if you have had a chance to make the followup video to his one? Thanks for this video it was great and I will be building on very soon.
your a mastermind izzy! I love it!
Thanks for posting a video. Ever since I seen one of these tables I have wanted one and this looks like it may fit the budget.
Thank you! I used your design with armor tool in-line clamps. Looks like it’s going to work out great!
Incredible. It blows my mind how someone as intelligent as yourself has probably educated & inspired more creative minds in the last 2 years than those attending and paying for an education at a 2 year school. Please keep inspiring.
pure awesomeness! thank you for sharing your work!!!
Your creations are so impressive man!!! I wish I had the talent and the know how to do 1/16 of what you do!!
john cannata never too late to learn.
Cool. Very nice hold down table. Add more rams and rails to hold more areas
Holy crap that's awesome. Now this makes me want to build even more!
Awesome work man!!!
I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the build. Simply A mazing lzzy !!!! You Rock
Awesome device
Would love to see a pocket hole jig with a pneumatic clamp. Excellent video. Thanks
Very interesting....I guess maybe for a small shop this really is a inexpensive way to do face frames. Genius......
Cool project Izzy! Thanks for sharing.😎👍JP
thank you!
Fascinating! Your work is amazing.
That’s a awesome set up a lot of possibilities with your set up nicely done.
Excellent workbench turned out. It is convenient and quick to work on this. Izzy super!
industrial tools! great idea!
Nice ...I watch the video twice...impressive
I like the design! I built a face frame assembly with slide adjust pneumatic clamps. 4'X8', with a 3" angle iron frame, supported every 12" with 3X3" angle iron. Built it for a friend who wad a custom cabinet builder. Compared to his old table we were able to go from a 75-i0% face frame to about a 98-99% frame. He loved it and it is still in use after all these years......
Excelent job, Izzy!
Welldone Izzy.
Really cool to see how stuff like this gets done. Hope to see more in the future.
Nice work, Izzy! Thumbs up!
Great work!
Só posso dizer fantástico!! Izzy você é um engenheiro nato
So cool!
VERY IMPRESSIVE IZZY!!!!!
Nice work station Izzy, enjoyed watching it all come together. Thanks for sharing.
From Elliot Lake Ontario Canada.
You are awesome! Thank you for sharing. It really expands ideas on building projects! Thanks!
Badass Izzy!!!
Right you are, I think pneumatics are over looked by most wood workers and small shops. We all think it is some kind of magic with all the weird little valves and hoses. Great video!
Awesome job, now I want to build one!
Fantastic idea, dude. And really well done! 😀
Awesome......I am reminded of Jon Peters finding his old pneumatic Kreg jig that he thought he lost. They don't make them anymore, but for production work, it definitly speeds up things
I like that, great job man.
Love it Izzy ! Top job fella !!!
So interesting. Would love to see more of this.
Holy crap!!!! What a cool project and video. You are the man!!! Always learn something from your videos!! Thanks for sharing
Well planed and well executed job. You saved these guys a lot of money.
And as always, I do enjoy your videos!!!
Very nice!
Very clever design, nice work for sure. Thanks for the video.
This was really awesome. I'm a true tinkerer at heart and this really fed my soul
Looking forward to see next video! Amazing👏👏👏
That is awesome.
Never seen this before. Great way of assembling frames.
just too good!!! Awesome work!!
thank you Izzy
Very cool!
seems like a dream job , allways had a good eye for simplyfying things during production i might been good at the type of work youre doing
Jigs, jigs jigs! I LOVE JIGS!!! Brilliant!
Really great build Izzy, I find production jigs really interesting.
But those thread taps you are using ... not so sure about those
Good video! Reminds me of Merillat cabinets.
I’m fascinated!!! How cool is that table?
And (forgive my ego!) I get to leave a comment when there’s less than 46 comments!!
Please show us more Izzy? I’ve been wondering what you’ve been up to for a while so it was great to see you using your formidable skills in a workplace setting....
Looks pretty nice. Spent 5 years working on one of the high price tables you mentioned. Only difference being able to operate each cylinder independently.
Great and simple table very helpful...
Looks very ergonomic. Well done.
Bad ass Izzy! 👍
Izzy that was awesome God bless
Super cool
Excellent!
You have a great mind. Keep up the great work.
My favorite part of your videos is you are innovating for the average person. This is easily attainable for even a small cabinet maker. Some of these other RUclips "Makers" need to quite complaining about declining video views and get out there and start innovating like you are! Well done mate!
Very nice, where can I find the rubber feet on the bottom of the pneumatic cylinders?
Awesome as ever!
Very cool build. You the man!
Nice work! Yes, I did learn something. Very nice build.
Great video! Gives me some cool ideas...thanks for sharing.
very cool project. thanks for sharing.
that workshop! ~woodgasm~
Amazing
You are amazing!
U are the best on the planet bro.
Killer job, as usual
Link for V-groove bearings? Those would be perfect for homemade barn door hardware. Yes please!
Thanks Izzy!
Amazing engineering skills. I love to watch your videos!
Very clever !
Great job
Thanks to share it with us.
