@@mattivirta its 48x35 = 1680 Wh (1.68 KWh battery). Each kilowatt hour will give you around 40-45 Km range for two wheeler. So its almost 68Km range and if you go in full speed of 65 Km/h its around an hour of riding time.

Bahut badhiya bike convert ki he , ek Kami mahsus ho rahi he , battery pack aur motor ko protect karne ke liye jo black chaddar use ki he usme holes ya cut laga dena tha taki air se motor aur battery pack thanda rahta
Chain spoket ko direct moter se connet karne se koi problem aaega kya future m extra chain hone se maintenance ka work bad ra ha bataie jra kya sahi hoga or kya suvudha or dikkat aaega

Good work but using 2 chains will decrease efficiency. 900 Watt motor will give 750 Watt output.
Right brother there is no need of bike gear box because many ev bike kits motor comes with already gear you have just need toh place directly on bike and go on. In this video technique there is no any practical use I found with extra gearbox because company already give you suitable gear with motor which enough for torque and speed balance and most affective it's battery range

Can you fitting car alternator for battery charging
I was wondering about that. I suppose the fact that the car ones are sulphur-lead batteries, and motorbike ones are lithium-ion, could have an effect on that possibility.

I have a question.... Why u use extra sprocket set (2* 15t) , u can directly connect the rear sproket with the motor,,, is it for gear reduction ? I mean 13t to 15t then rear sproket...
What if I skip the 15t set & use a much bigger rear sproket is it make sense?
Yes You have to use 13/53T Sprocket if U want to Skip the middle Gear Reduction

why used pillow block bearing ? gear reduction can be done direclty by installing small sprocket directly on motor ??

Ap ka gear rato, motor ka rpm kitna hai aur per wheel rpm kitna hai agar whem one time revolve karega to average 1.25 m distance travel karega. Es ke liya wheel rpm more than 900 huna chaiea . I think ur wheel rpm is not more than 600, so how can u achieve 65 km\hr?
