You set up the CPU wrong. CPU divided by x is literally splitting the cores between host and guest. You gave the guest a measily 1/6 of your CPU. The lower the division, the better.
you did not play minecraft inside of minecraft, last time i checked this mod requires virtualbox to be running on your pc and virtualbox sends the screen data to minecraft, so technically you are only seeing the screen ON minecraft and your not playing it inside minecraft (the javaw executable).
instal this mod in minecraft and run minecraft in minecraft in minecraft
