Great content man. Mine should be coming in on Christmas. Really excited to see what other android games can play on this. Also, can’t wait to dabble with emulation!
If u download the warzone update from Sept. It supports android 10+ amazing it still alive..been playing it on my razer..playing the updated on my flag phone
It really sucks that they removed support for the game on the edge. It's 100% Razer's fault tho, in the past the game ran flawlessly for me. If they would just update the android version it would be alright. On the plus side, the retroid pocket 5 seems to run it very well for the price. I love my razer edge but I gotta admit that thing is kinda fugly in design compared to a real handheld like this
I know it even took Retroid some time to get Android 13 released on their retroid pocket mini and they put it on the RP5 as well (the device in this video) but they actually got it done. Idk if Razer is even trying tbh. I also have to agree about the design lol you said FUGLY 💀 next to the RP5 it looks like a fossil but the screen is still undeniably great and it’s nice that we can pair the edge with some really great mobile controllers like the GameSir G8.
I use an Odin 2 but it's really hard to play fps due the right analog stick being way too low on the device plus the analog sticks are so small in general
@@Misaac I guess they considered the chipset too weak. I ran the game on lowest settings and got 45-60fps, so im a bit confused why they removed support.
@@tayedizzle7170 it’s worth mentioning, I did not pay for this device. Nor was I personally in the market for one of these. I am really enjoying it tho and will surely be interested in similar devices in the future. The Ayaneo pocket Evo does look prettyyy however it’s also twice the price of the RP5. Just things to think about for those that are invested in this genre of handheld. 🤔
@@tayedizzle7170I don’t need all of my handhelds to be big. I think that’s why I like that it’s small. It’s such a drastic change from playing on my Legion Go.
Pricing is inching on PC handheld territory, with its aim being "high end" android gaming? If someone wants a performance focused 400$ handheld with longevity, android is just not the platform for that. 165hz is just overkill unless you really like scrolling through menu's smoothly.
@@cringedetector9819 you had me at smooth menus. I’ll take 2 evos 😂 on a serious note I have to agree with you here. It’s a bit excessive and not sure when some of these features would be used. Actually now looking at it, I’m not sure who high end android gaming handhelds are really targeted towards. The rich tinkerer? the competitive PUBG player ? (But those guys use touch controls 🤔) yeah for the average gamer I just can’t see justification for $500-$800+ android device that isn’t their everyday phone.

This seems extremely interesting, would love a second handheld for emulation and especially Warzone Mobile, and for the price it’s a snag of a deal!
@@akaSolanoWZM absolutely makes sense for both of those reasons which is why I’ve been enjoying it so much.

your game looks so smooth! what are your RP5 settings?
@@knxcs8937 which settings in particular are you looking for 🤔? If you can be a little more specific 🧐
@@Misaac I think your actual RP5 android settings? for me at least I cant seem to change my actual ingame settings
where can i get that wallpaper(on ur pc)?......❤
@@rito2144 wallpaper engine on steam. There are lots of rain wallpapers on there.
They just ended support on the retroid pocket 4 pro....
How ? No Android 13? Or not enough ram?

Should have gotten a ayaneo pocket Evo instead. More powerful, 7inch amoled 165hz screen. Full offset hallefect sticks and triggers. Etc etc
Retroid pocket is way too small, at least for me, but I’m glad you like it.
