The ironic part is that Arsenal needs Manchester City to take points from Liverpool if we want to catch them, but at the same time, I want to see City suffer a bit longer.
@@princedavid88 I wouldn’t go dat far, they have way more tough away grounds left than us. St James Park the next week and then an away Merseyside derby right after. Tottenham away in December and then in the second half of the season they’d have to maintain their form and they’re still goin to the Etihad, Stamford Bridge, Villa Park and Bournemouth away (only mentioned them cuz they’ve been very stubborn at home so far dis season) Arsenal already went through the Bridge, the Etihad, White Hart Lane, Villa Park, St. James (and Vitality stadium too). Foden’s the most overhyped player in the world. He was given POTY last season because everybody has been trying to convince themselves that he’s the next Gascoigne and the moment he actually had a ‘good’ season, people thought their hype was justified. It’s embarrassing that he needs a Ballon d’Or worthy defensive midfielder to be a good player.
@IrishGuysScarf it's moments. We've had Carvajal breaking apart on UCL most important stages, then coming back to be the best right back in the world. Benzema was clowned for some seasons for not being so clinical then had one of the best UCL tournament performances ever. Phil is still young. I dont't say he'll be England's Cruyff but the quality is definetely there and he's done it in several important stages for City. All players in the world have ups and downs.

City need a better RB, they need better depth in CB w/ Akanji and Aké falling off, they need a better CM w/ Gundogan and Bernardo falling off (Kovačić is underrated though, he’s the only one at least maintaining City’s tempo control), need CDM depth, Savinho needs to improve finishing, Foden needs to learn how to play without turning and shooting from passes between lines, and just in general more attacking depth. Squad depth everywhere is abysmal. To many older players falling off.
