  • EDITING NOTICE: RUclips has been hitting me hard lately with copyright claims. Episode 2 was blocked multiple times. So, I've had to make a few changes to how I edit these (namely, flipping the episode image and adding text over it). I know it can be annoying, but it kind of is what it is.

As a Brit, this is a completely accurate representation of what actually happens on the M25

Thanks for the heads-up. As a tourist, I'll take trains if I'm ever lucky enough to be able to go there. As for horrors on orbital motorways, I'll put the Washington Beltway against any other in the world.

I despise the m25. I have to travel on it regularly but if I can find a back route I’ll always opt for that. 😂

Just rewatched your reaction to episode one. It's fun to watch you really get into this. Going from "I'm not completely sold" to going "aww" when Crowley calls Aziraphale his best friend... that's what this show does to you!

Yeah, after finishing season two on Patreon and then going back to edit the early episodes in season one for RUclips, it was very clear just how far I'd come with these characters.

The behind the scenes images are pretty spectacular. David was in a burning building. They had flames shooting out of gas jets. There was CGI enhancement, but a lot of the flames were real.

I love this episode so much. Crowley really does love Aziraphale so much. Having the Queen songs playing when Crowley enters and exits the bookshop always makes me a little emotional. I've also found a new found respect for Madam Tracey. She does what she needs to do to survive and I love her for it. I really enjoy your reactions to this series!

The third season will be what was planned for a second book. The second season is a bridge to get them in position for the third season.

Crowley is actually a very efficient demon -- and hard-working when he has a project.

    • @letolethe3344
      @letolethe3344 2 месяца назад

Efficient? In the book and series, he outsourced a good deal of his tempting to an angel, took credit for entirely human (horrible) innovations for a lot of his reports (rather than instigating his own), and messed up a huge yet simple job--handing off a baby.

@@letolethe3344 All of that seems pretty efficient except for the messed-up handoff, which could be argued in many ways I'm not getting into. I think "efficient" may not have been the word I should have applied to the highway project. I do think he is because he doesn't spend years trying to tempt one soul to damnation and uses modern tools available to him, unlike Hastur and Ligur. He does do this for the highway project too, hacking into computers and doing whatever it took to bring the project to completion, right down to going out into the field and moving signs so that they would use his design instead of the planned-upon one. And, actually, yes, it does run beautifully, even though Crowley, not being dedicated to the evil plan, is probably sorry he did such a good job on it.

The seance scene to me is one of the funniest scenes in the entire series.

As the end comes closer the horsemen start to take on more more of their characteristics and lose their human forms, in the book it's far more pronounced with wars teeth turning into pullets and her limbs in to guns, famine becomes more gaunt and pollution literally starts to melt.
They also cut the other 4 horsemen who were bikers who ran into the horsemen realised who they were and decided to ride with them for a while, i can see why it was cut as it didn't really add anything and would probably have not fit in with the pacing.

Most of us have seen this episodes a 'zillion' of times, we know what happens, what is being said, so to get to see your reaction is really why I'm here for, so it's okay if I have to see it in mirror and text overlayed or even without image and only sound or vica versa, it's all good, as long as you feed us your first reaction, just like we experienced it ourself the first time ... sort of.

24:40 Only one of my daughters sometimes accidently calls Crowley Crawley, she's also the only one who've seen Supernatural. A coincidence? I think not.

Apparently Gaiman and Pratchett had discussed a sequel before Pratchett died so the second and third series are based on that discussion. A cynic might say that was just marketing bullcrap, but I don't think Gaiman does marketing bullcrap (he barely does marketing, he's just like "hey, I've got a new thing" and all us fans eat it up).

I take Adams Semitic h back so quickly to be about the very humanness of him. And the reality of being 11.
