    Remove the legs, to lower the stove & pull it OUT of the alcove. You will get MORE heat, & better access for the stove pipe with a damper in it.

    What size wood does it need. My guess is the wood would need to be quite small?

      Hi Linda, it is a little bit limited with the size of the wood you can burn in the heater. I've found that wood around the 240mm length is perfect.

    you should make a viedo of you making a viedo of you packing it full logs for hot long fire

      Good suggestion and i will do that when this hot Australian summer moves away!
      36 degrees celsius here at the moment and total fire bans across most of eastern Australia
