There’s a reference in Roswell too! (The original show) There’s a scene when Michael and Maria are sneaking in an apartment to investigate and Maria laughs and says, “it’s like we’re Mulder and Scully!”

It was referred to in the Buffyverse a few times Buffy The Vampire Slayer in Season One Episode 6 The Pack, Buffy says to Giles 'stop trying to Scully me', and also in Angel a cop says to Detective Kate Lockley, 'how comes you gone all Scully', she reminds him Scully was the sceptic and Mulder the believer.

There’s another X Files reference in Buffy! I think it was in season 1 when Buffy tells her watcher not to pull a Scully on her or something!

There's also a reference in the syfy series Haven. Btw number 6 was Bones not Castle. There's a whole episode of Castle that is full,of X-Files references.

At the beginning it's not "Castle", it's "Bones" lol 🤣 But if I'm not mistaken, few writers from "The X-files" went to "Castle", so some of the episodes and even the main female character from the both shows had similarities
