Hard to believe this was 54 years ago, my uncle had just played that to me when I was 12. I was always hooked on guitar, but this and wishbone ash and the ABB nailed it for me.

If time travel ever became possible, this is the concert I would want to go back to see. They were just reaching peak performance perfection, still learning,still exploring possibilities and with Plant's vocals still able to hit his highest register. Utterly sublime 😍
@@TheRealBabaRaakha lol, well, that would be a first for me 🚬 having never indulged I'm sure I read something recently that Sony have bought the 'Becoming Led Zeppelin' film rights or whatever, if they do manage to get a film out (sometime this decade!!) then it should be almost like being at one of their earliest concerts and I will definitely go see it, fingers and toes crossed it happens soon

But I will end the grass subject with this, if you enjoy the mighty Zep sober, listening to them with grass and an ice cream milkshake will render the requirement of inventing time travel unnecessary. 🙂🤘🏾❤️ If that comes out, it would be awesome. This concert was on Jimmy’s I believe 26th birthday, his mother knitted him the sweater vest, only man who can rock a sweater vest. As they always are, so amazing. Thank you for your reaction. Plant & Bonham we’re both 22 years old. Bonham did early on have two bass drums, but he was to loud & didn’t need two.
Wow that's wholesome. I would never debate the coolness of Page. But some credit goes to the mother as well. Although I acknowledged the affection, effort and thought that goes behind sweaters from family, mine never looked that good. They were generally girl repellents. When I was a teenager, I chose to freeze. And I didn't know Bonham used 2 bass drums. I also think I heard a gong in the beginning. Thank you for watching. 🙂🤘🏾
@@TheRealBabaRaakha yes back when Bonham first got his Ludwig, it came with 2 bass drums. He used them for a very short time, I had heard the band kept hiding one from him, not sure how true that part is. Yes a beautiful sweater, made with love, Page is definitely cool.

The sweater vest fact is wholesome. While editing, I remembered why I love live rock music so much. The guitar feedback sound does something to me. For a moment, it feels like he opened a portal to an alternate dimension or the underworld. I absolutely love it when that happens. 🙂🤘🏾❤️
