- Almond cake without butter ,without oven
Maida. 2 cups
Eggs. 3(room temperature)
Sugar 1cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Baking powder 3tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For buttermilk:
Milk. 1 cup
Vinegar 1tblsp
Take milk in a cup and add vinegar and mix and set aside.
For cake batter:
Beat eggs and sugar till sugar dissolves then add oil and again beat for 20 secs then add buttermilk and beat for 1 min and then add vanilla essence and baking powder and gradually add maida and mix till all ingredients well combined. Than add batter to 8 inch greased pan and bake for about 45 -50 minutes in a preheated pan.
Jam glaze:
Add 3 tblsp jam and 1/ 2 cup water and cook for 2- 3 min.
When the cake is baked than glaze the cake with jam glaze and decorate almonds .

Exactly i was thinking... baking pdr is too much according to flour ..1 to 1 ½ cup flour k.liye 1 teaspoon baking pdr is enough.
