    One thing a lot of people are talking about this string is the snapback, how spin friendly it is, but another thing that people contradict a lot each other is that while some find it on the stiff side, others find it very lively like Tennis Nerd, most I saw mentioned it was a bit stiff and muted, and each can have their own impression, but there are clear references for what can be considered stiff and lively, which is puzzling.
    Getting some strings, entered in contact with restring team and found them to be very helpful and arrange shipping to my country, eager to try it for myself, overall, heard very positive things.

      @@draconiadorian I would say if your sensitive to tennis elbow be wary of how high you go up in tension this string is definitely firm but not stiff. Paired with a frame on the stiffer side it could cause some issues. What racquet are you using?

    Hello ! I always see your videos from Germany, good Job ! I have a question: I have a Babolat pure strike pro stock 18/20 with 67 stiffness, 324 swing weight, 324 g strung and 6 pts HL balance, strung with Poly tour rev 1.20 mm 17 G 50 Ibs full, I have also Toroline Wasabi, Wasabi Z and Restring zero.
    Now I would like change my setup.
    What do you recommend?
    Wasabi full? Restring Zero full? Wasabi/Wasabi X? Restring Zero/Wasabi X ? poly rev/Wasabi X ? or I stay by Poly rev full? what tension? Do I stay at 50 or go down to 48? A good control is very important to me, decent Power and Spin and crisp feel no muted . Thank you, Marwen

    I've been hitting with Confidential 16L lately, 55/53 lbs. in a Pure Aero. I hit hard and like the crisp, consistent feel. I'm going to test a set of Restring Zero and also Tour Sniper M8. I hope Restring Zero doesn't feel too soft. Tour Sniper M8 sounds like it is closer to Confidential.

      @@CroqueMadame I have not hit much due to the weather and my hitting partner being tied up with med school. I hope to hit the courts soon. I tried Restring Zero months ago and didn't like it because it seemed I strung it too tight at 55 lbs. I think it probably feels better in the upper 40's. M8 had sort of a consistent feel to it but it was more muted than Confidential. I've been off the courts too long after having surgery. Hope to hit more this year!

    I use 30 pound tension with Restring 0 in the mains. Then wasabi X 30 pounds on the crosses, fantastic topspin and long lasting. Do not string either of these over 45 pounds in fact the lower the better. Trust me 😁

      Much better tension maintenance and I'd argue even better spin potentially, I've now switched fulltime to Zero from confi

    • @glademaster
      @glademaster Год назад

      Can’t beat Confidential for tension maintenance, but Zero maintains its ability to snap back, so is able to maintain spin potential through continuous tension drop and severe notching. However, some players may find Confidential better for spin due to its grabbier shape and lower power. I suppose it depends on one’s stroke style.

      No one said this string has the most spin or bite. What surprised me was how long I could play with this string before I felt it got out of control. I also personally enjoyed the solid yet dampened feel (reminding me of Hyper-G) and the power i can get on flatter strokes. Before I switched to Zero, I was almost set on Champion’s Choice for its power and playability duration, but Zero won me over with comparable power (when strung 6 lbs lower), comparable playable duration, but more predictable response from being full bed rather than hybrid. It also feels pretty cool to be an early adopter and getting questions from other players about my mystery bright blue string.
