That turbo water deck is an interesting idea. I always play the control variant with gravity bind and level limit area B. Might have to try this version sometime!
I tried this deck out quite a bit over the weekend and it's a lot of fun! When it works it *really* works. But it bricks a lot early game with Fenrirs, which are great late game to fuel DF. Would it make sense to switch one of those out in the main deck for some other useful water monster like Mobius, or would that make the monster gates less effective because it's less likely to get LD/DMOC? On top of that, I was wondering if you had any insight on those side deck choices, and in general how you've been siding when playing this deck. I messed around a bit with a transition side from this into something closer to a regular Reasoning Gate deck, switching out a lot of the water stuff for game 2. People get so scared of that Levia Dragon after game one that they start calling 7 every time for Reasoning so after siding all of them out you can get a couple of free Reasoning calls. Also tried another transition side into something similar to that Water Control deck that was on The Retro Expert's channel. If nothing else, it's a lot of fun to totally throw people for a loop and subvert expectations.
Thanks for this amazing response/question. So I agree the deck can brick more often then not. I think adding a mobius could assist but it may also not change much at all. The side deck I agree with you that it needs to be changed to more of a transition side to go into more of a traditional crane gate build to keep your opponent off guard. The decks I put up are meant to get people thinking and trying and building so I’m hope and glad this deck inspired you in some way 😊
@@JinzoTonic I made some very minor changes for my version of this deck, would be great to hear your opinion: I took out one copy of scapegoat, the delinquent duo (imo not necessary in an otk version) and one aqua spirit and added two copies of upstart goblin and card destruction.. wanted to fit in ring of destruction too but I could not really find the place for it. I think these small changes make the deck even faster as card destruction unbricks bad starting hands and fills the grave with water types. I think the whole deck concept with dimension-daedalus is very explosive and deserves more testing
This is crazy Kris but I figure you and everyone from Overforce would've moved on from yugi considering how much you guys actually accomplished in such a short time. Especially Shane and Jerry...
FreddYRusT yeah that will exactly happen, I have tweaked the side to turn the deck into a water control deck game 2 or the deck can be turned into more of a standard crane gate deck through the side 😊
@@JinzoTonic how do you feel about adding more targets for reasoning instead? Like 1 jinzo, 1 giga gagagigo, 1 mobius and swap out delinquent duo, 1 terraforming, 1 levia.
FreddYRusT yeah man that could work, please by all means take what I show on this channel and make it your own 🔥 I love your ideas and creativity bro !
Im a bit curious, why is it, that most of your opponents play such strange goat decks. Like whats the plan in that vanilla dragon deck? Or with your opponents sometimes calling such strange rangs for reasoning
I guess fun might be the answer towards vanilla decks and I dunno about you, but if one player would play a water reasoning gate turbo against me, I would have no idea what the right call would be. seems like lv7 is one of the best choices, which would be against normal reasoning gate decks the worst choice. so lack of experience might be the answer here.
Toni K just fun I guess. Edopro is a lot less meta deck oriented, this allows creativity and fun 😊 and people called weird ranges cause they had no idea what my deck was 😂
When does a strange goat deck become just a goat deck? And when does a goat deck become a good goat deck? Lastly, when does a good goat deck become a common goat deck? As for the opponents calling weird ranges, I think they're in too deep with the card pool and the state of the game when they should just be locking up the field with their calls. Or they could be new and not very competitive duelist. :)
Lorena Garcia these are all very very good questions 😄 I think it’s best not to over think it and just enjoy that people are playing this beautiful format 😊
@@lorenagarcia8322 Well I am playing goat for about 3 years now and try to get a somewhat competetive build. As far as I know there are some pretty strong goat decks around (namely Goat Control, Chaos, even some HAM builds). For me looking into goat is like a strategy game, so I would almost likely never consider playing non effect monster beat down or something like that. I personally think good goat decks can adapt, that is why i like playing a personlized list of Jinzo&Tonics flip control decklist (*shoutout here*) xD I wins me a lot of games while having many cool interactions.

Yamoogoat Productions it’s definitely a fun way of playing water 😊
Ayyy Im featured x)
POTOFGREED! Dam right 😉
if someone faced me with this, I would be totally confused. I have not seen this coming with reasoning and monster gate in water
It’s awesome isn’t it 😆
@@JinzoTonic I like water decks un general and giving them more options is nice
The Mokey Mokey Channel yeah, I wanted to share the love for water decks 😄
Same. I would see the water monsters and be like, phew no chaos. Then lower my defenses and lose to df.
Lorena Garcia many made that mistake 🤣

Interesting! I like the use of monster gate :)
Cool deck idea, finally a way to properly abuse Daedalus (otk with dimension fusion) ?!
Arno Nym thanks man, yeah it’s a pretty sweet idea I must say ! Also loads of fun as your opponents won’t see it coming

Nice one!

Thanks so much 😆
no tribe in main? To many 4 stars?
It tends to be a better game 2 side card rather then having it in the main deck. But feel free to play test it :)
This deck is a water-gate scandal
Is it just me or do people in replays barely brick? And those opponents look like beginners to me, lol

don't you think that if the opponent knows this decklist he will always call 7 on reasoning and this deck will lose a lot of potential?

@@FreddYRusT I wouldn't use mobius, he doesn't get his effect off via reasoning/gate. Jinzo is better definitely.

Stay safe.
