Would you Recommend swimming with passion twist or box braids? Of course they’ll be thin enough to fit under the cap but how would Caring for my hair after ward work?

Great question. The cap stayed on the whole time. I think most will slid a little, but they all seemed pretty secure.
That tyr is tight ouch.
